I came for a necklace repair for my husbands necklace and he explained the process of repair, when it was going to be ready, and was extremely kind. The necklace looked brand new! I came back to resize a ring later and made a purchase for a wedding band. He helped us find the perfect look and the price was very reasonable. He was very sweet and a great guy to work with. Ill be coming back for any future jewelry needs.

I did a resizing service in here 2 years ago for my Citizen watch and switched my battery for 2 other watches that were only $29 (no additional tax). After 2 years, the battery is not working and the price only grows up from $7 to $9. Considering the significant inflation, this is a really friendly price. What I feel satisfy the most is not just the affordable price, but the passion from the owner. He looks really knowledgeable about watches and is willing to spend time to assist your need. For the resizing service, he is more than happy to adjust the right size for you after a while, care whether you feel comfortable on your wrist, instead of asking you to pay for another resizing fee. You can see a little plastic bag to store your chain. My watch is not working after switching battery for the first time. Then the owner try one more time when he saw me little disappointed of it. It is working on the second time and he even helps me to clean up the scratch for my plastic mirror. Can not say more thank you than that and makes my date. His wife is also welcoming for all customers and they look really happy for running their business

I highly recommend you go to him for all your jewelry and watch needs, he will go out his way to make you happy. He can get you almost anything you want and save you money.

4 /5 Harry Emerson: I just needed to have a couple of links removed, I asked him to remove one first and the fit was loose but I left with it. She told me I could come back if its not perfect. I did come back and have another link removed and then it really fit just right! Unfortunately I have a make a fourth trip because when he removed the second link he failed to put the pin through one of the link holes. Otherwise would have been a five start rating.
