Great price as well, as I had gone to two other places and feel as if I was being overcharged. Great fast service :)

My family owns a business and I know how hard it is and how much one bad review from a misunderstanding or bad communication can really effect a business. BUT the woman/co-owner BJ should not be allowed to work with customers EVER. She is rude, condescending and demeaning. Her attitude is downright poor. I’ve come in here twice now and both interactions were so horrible I didn’t even buy what I thought was a gorgeous piece. Sounds like the other owners have great reviews but my interaction with her is just so disappointing. Going to patron a different small business.

Thats until we decided to check out Yale Jewelers. Joe and Marla were very helpful, patient and understanding. Joe worked closely with my fiancé until we all felt confident about the design of the new ring. It was very collaborative, Joes communication was second to none he kept us in the loop throughout all stages of the process, but above all the feeling felt right the whole time. Appreciate the help and would highly recommend!
