5 /5 Hillary Whitman: This place is super old school but charming, the jeweler here operates with so much integrity. He has replaced several stones that have fallen out of various rings over the years. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

1 /5 Marisa HokeFazi: Awful! Upon answering the phone he mumbled something and it wasnt Benchmark Jewelry, so I asked if this was Benchmark Jewelry because I was calling about a watch repair. Rudely, he snapped that he does sell benchmark jewelry. When I inquired aain about whether he changed watch batteries and what the charge was per battery, he said it depends on how I remove the watch band from the watch, and I told him Ill have to look and then I told him that theyre basic theyre 2 Timexes and a Swatch. "I dont have time from this" he barked, then hung up. Im sure there wasnt anybody in his store When I phoned him at about 2 PM on Friday February 21st, and that he was just an extraordinarily rude person. I would never take my jewelry to that jewelry shop on B street in San Rafael.

Kayte is always friendly and welcoming into her quaint shop. The inventory of jewelry and pieces is eclectic and fun - I always find something at Benchmark - whether its a small gift for a co-worker or something to add to my own jewelry collection.
