    Levi Preston: I bought my fiances ring there, its a beautiful ring and perfect for her. The sales staff was very helpful. Afterwards when it came to sizing they sized it not once but twice, because it felt a little too big after the first sizing, to be the perfect size. They where even able to do it in time for a trip out of town. Everyone there is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Cant recommend them enough.

    RADER FPV: Staff was not helpful at all. I read online that they offer loans for not just gold and coins, but also musical instruments. They took one look at me and said "No, we dont bother with that kind of stuff" and couldnt point me in the direction of anywhere that could assist me around here. Well, I dont bother with terrible customer service. Also, I didnt appreciate the wonky store hours - not even close to whats advertised. Not Recommended.

    Shirley Claire: Excellent service provided by the store manager. I bought a new watch for my husband as a Christmas present. The store manager personally set the time, boxed and wrapped the present beautifully. I knew the watch would be too wide for his wrist, because hed recently been hospitalized and lost weight. Pooles provides free link removal and battery replacement whenever needed. We took it into Pooles after Christmas. Links were removed immediately. My husband likes his new watch, and he wears it all the time..

We have always wanted rings to match our almost 10 years of marriage. Carlos was amazing and so helpful. He showed us lots of options that fit our taste and was never pushy. He was super informative and incredibly kind. We love that the men’s ring selection had a thicker band and black diamonds. (That is completely his style and he loves it). My rings are so beautiful!!!! Like, so beautiful. Carlos found us the best deal and even thanked my husband for his military service. I will definitely come back to Kay’s Jewelers and recommend them to anyone.
