I took it to have the stone tightened and to be polished and it was returned shiny but with dents and dings. We are just regular working class wage earners, but got a fair price from them every time. I wont take my jewelry anywhere else. I trust them.

We spent three hours (yes, three!) trying to find the perfect ring, and NOT once did she lose her patience even though I kept changing my mind about the stones, colors, and sizes. She was so accommodating, helpful, and honestly just fun to be around! Her sense of humor made the whole experience feel like we were shopping with a friend, not just a supervisor. She gave us honest opinions, great suggestions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Her good vibes and professionalism made what could’ve been a stressful search really enjoyable. Maggie was very helpful and comforting for my daughter to make a choice on what she wanted . She was super nice . I left satisfied with the bracelet she got and her pricing is fair compare to the other permanent jewelry I went to around that area . Def will be going back to add to the bracelet collection .
