    Shirley Claire: Excellent service provided by the store manager. I bought a new watch for my husband as a Christmas present. The store manager personally set the time, boxed and wrapped the present beautifully. I knew the watch would be too wide for his wrist, because hed recently been hospitalized and lost weight. Pooles provides free link removal and battery replacement whenever needed. We took it into Pooles after Christmas. Links were removed immediately. My husband likes his new watch, and he wears it all the time..

    Amanda Farrell: Today my husband and I came in to look around Kay’s Jewelers to find a new wedding set for our up coming anniversary. We have always wanted rings to match our almost 10 years of marriage. Carlos was amazing and so helpful. He showed us lots of options that fit our taste and was never pushy. He was super informative and incredibly kind. We love that the men’s ring selection had a thicker band and black diamonds. (That is completely his style and he loves it). My rings are so beautiful!!!! Like, so beautiful. Carlos found us the best deal and even thanked my husband for his military service. I will definitely come back to Kay’s Jewelers and recommend them to anyone.

    Abigail Richter: The people there were very kind, however I had an unfortunate experience with my engagement ring. I took it to have the stone tightened and to be polished and it was returned shiny but with dents and dings. I was very disappointed because my engagement ring is very important to me and I’ll be getting married in less than a month. Here are before and after pictures for reference.

When I first came in to look at engagement rings, they took the time to inform me rather than sell me. Even though we ultimately had to buy the engagement ring elsewhere, I got a better quality ring because of their help. We are just regular working class wage earners, but got a fair price from them every time. I wont take my jewelry anywhere else. I trust them.
