5 /5 Levi Preston: I bought my fiances ring there, its a beautiful ring and perfect for her. The sales staff was very helpful. Afterwards when it came to sizing they sized it not once but twice, because it felt a little too big after the first sizing, to be the perfect size. They where even able to do it in time for a trip out of town. Everyone there is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Cant recommend them enough.

My husband and I worked with Paul Sr., who is a master jeweler. He designed two pieces for me that I will enjoy for years to come. He is a true artist and a lovely person. 5 /5 Kyle Johnson: Extremely friendly! They did a repair on a 100 year old art deco ring for me. The work was detailed and amazing. It.was my wifes wedding ring, a one of a kind antique ring that needed some strengthening around the smaller diamonds. Im very impressed with the work. Ive also bought high end watches and other jewelry from this business. I have no complaints. Their friendly staff and high quality jewelry made me a loyal customer.

We had to have some work done on a bracelet (adding a few more diamonds to it) - we cant tell where the work was done - it is that good! Highly recommend Firefall Jewelers!!!

I am really hard on jewelry and ended up losing a diamond from my ring during a project. I took it back to Firefall to have them fix and polish it. It looks brand new! They provide amazing quality jewelry and phenomenal customer service!
