1 /5 Lena B: I brought a ring here to be resized (one size down). I have the exact same ring already, but my husband got me a second one in the wrong size. When I picked up my ring after resizing, I was shocked—it was bent, uneven, and not even round. On top of that, the size was wrong.
I wanted to go back and ask for a refund, but my husband convinced me to give them another chance. I specifically asked the jeweler if he was capable of making the ring even, and I showed him my other identical ring as a reference. He said yes and took my second ring to use as an example.
Looking back, I have no idea why I gave him a second chance. If he thought the first job was acceptable, that should have been a red flag. After the redo, the ring was slightly more even, but it was still misshapen. On top of that, it became significantly thinner—even though it was resized down, not up. It’s now much thinner than its twin, which makes me wonder where the gold went and if the diamonds are still real.
I plan to take both rings to another jeweler to weigh them and verify the stones.
I will never return to this place and do not recommend it to anyone.
