About 2 months later one of the stones fell out. We were pretty bummed but when we read the warranty it looked like the repair would be covered but we would have to pay for the stone. Sounded fair to us. So we went in, and once again received great customer service and were told they were going to take care of everything! We highly recommend Josephs!

They have selection, knowledge, skill, and the best STAFF ever! They are all genuinely interested in helping, whether it could be steaming your own jewelry, finding exactly the right "piece" in the right size, color, length, carat weight, purity, and style. They have great pieces of every kind, from estate pieces that are truly unique to the most incredible custom designs in the most unusual combinations. Want perfection? bring your magnifying loupe, as the details of the design pieces are amazing, even though some of them are never even seen (the inside of the ring, the mountings, the bezel, etc. And they all seem to know so much about stones, metals, rarity, style, trends, etc. And on top of everything, they have great pricing! Im never disappointed, even when I am just window shopping.

Danielle Shear: This place is a joke. I took my 1.5 diamond ring in there to sell it and he looked at it and did all these things and said because it was a natural diamond. It’s not worth much which is totally opposite from the truth because natural diamonds are worth way more than lab grown and he wanted to give me $900-$1300 for that ring. Needless to say I ran out the door faster than I’ve ever I went to another jeweler. I’m not gonna list the name on this person’s website but if you reach out to me, I can give you the information and they gave me $3500 for my ring.

I do not recommend this place and will definitely not be coming back

Mike Bucci: BUYER BEWARE!!! This place sells fake bullion coins. After speaking with other people it sounds like Old Towne has had this problem in the past and apparently dont do enough to confirm items are what they say they are. I dont know if they knew this coin was fake or not but if theyre not confirming authenticity, how can you trust anything there? Just find yourself a reputable dealer and dont get burnt like I did. Just to be clear, this coin is silver plated copper.

Jennifer Joseph: whatever you do dont shop here dont buy anything at Daniels Jewelers. Tell all your friends and Family. They sell all jewelry at inflated prices and then dont stand behind their products. If I could give it 0 Stars or negative Stars I would do that. My fiance bought my ring there. Not just my ring. The set with earrings and a necklace another ruby necklace and some more jewelry. He spent a lot of money and he paid cash. We got the insurance for the ring but not for anything else. The first time I wore my Ruby pendant the chain broke. We went back and bought a new chain for $35. I had it for maybe 2 days and the clasp broke. I brought it back in and they charged me $20 to fix it. So now my $35 dollar chain is a $55 chain. Maybe a week later I was adjusting it on my neck and it snapped in half. Not the clasp, the chain itself. I brought it back. It was longer than the 30 day warranty and they wanted to charge me $30 to fix it. The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I will never buy another thing from Daniels and if youre smart you wont either. The manager had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to buy another chain since the one that I had was only $35 oh wait $55. And I told him I will get another chain but not from you. I bought a chain on Amazon for $11 and it lasted more than your expensive chain. I went to walk out the door and the manager said, wait dont forget your necklace and I said throw it in the trash because its trash.
