Something so important was that I felt no pressure to make any particular decision. This ended with me getting the most perfect engagement ring I could have asked for. Their communication and support was outstanding. I really felt like I was collaborating with people who knew me and the future bride and wanted to ensure I had the perfect ring in time for the proposal. My fiance could not have been happier with the ring!

Liza Macias Great Experience! I was looking around for a bracelet and came across this one at Kevin’s but I still wanted to look around. They were very nice and didn’t get upset. I continued to each jewelry store in the Pacific View Mall, but I couldn’t find a better deal or one I liked more. I bought the one at Kevin’s and couldn’t be more happy. I hope they get a matching necklace in soon.

Claire H. My favorite jewelry store. Hugo is an artist and creates the most beautiful jewelry. I went to Ormachea to ask Hugo to design my wedding ring from a family heirloom . He created the most beautiful ring, I couldn’t be happier. He also designed the most beautiful and unique Mother’s Day ring for me with my daughters birthstone. It was so fun to create this ring as I was able to handpick the garnet that was used. Hugo, Bertha and family are so kind and welcoming. It’s a treat every time I step foot in their beautiful store.

I visited this pawn shop to sell a used guitar and received a fair offer from the gentleman at the counter. As a seller, I was treated with professionalism and respect and look forward to visit the store again in the future.

I was told it would be ready a week after July 24, 2024, but today, February 21, 2025, when I asked about it, there was no trace of my order or my money. I feel completely scammed. I do not recommend this place and will definitely not be coming back

Jessica Fairley I took my daughter to Betty Belts today because she wanted a necklace from there for her birthday. The girls working there acted like we were inconveniencing them by shopping there. A girl named Michele tried to service us without even speaking to us, we felt super uncomfortable. When we would tell her what we wanted she wouldn’t say anything, she wouldn’t smile, she would just get what we were asking for without engaging whatsoever. Michele was extremely rude. I never would have made a purchase from people as rude as this if my daughter hadn’t been so into the necklace but even my 16 year old daughter agreed that the service we received was beyond terrible. I can’t believe a place like this could stay in business treating people so poorly. You need better people working for you, Betty Belts. Not sure that we’ll be back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be mistreated while buying jewelry.

She’s always flexible with scheduling appointments to your schedule & hers as well. Definitely would recommend someone to her. I would definitely go back to get more pieces from her !

Joshua Berglund Great experience buying an engagement ring from Nerces Fine Jewelry. Brought in a picture of a ring that I liked, and they custom made it with all the alterations I wanted. The price was more than fair for everything I wanted. They even resized it when it came in a month later and said it was too tight. Great family business that will work with you to find what you want. Would definitely use them again for any jewelry in the future. Excellent customer service.

Mike Bucci BUYER BEWARE!!! This place sells fake bullion coins. After speaking with other people it sounds like Old Towne has had this problem in the past and apparently dont do enough to confirm items are what they say they are. I dont know if they knew this coin was fake or not but if theyre not confirming authenticity, how can you trust anything there? Just find yourself a reputable dealer and dont get burnt like I did. Just to be clear, this coin is silver plated copper.
