    Layla Payte: We were in the market for a ring and saw Josephs and decided to stop in. So glad we did! We received phenomenal service! We were treated so well and got a great deal on our ring! About 2 months later one of the stones fell out. We were pretty bummed but when we read the warranty it looked like the repair would be covered but we would have to pay for the stone. Sounded fair to us. So we went in, and once again received great customer service and were told they were going to take care of everything! We highly recommend Josephs!

And I thinks I got a very good price for the services needed (2 rings resized, one small diamond and to make it white again). Im beyond happy with my rings.     andrea garcia: I stopped by Sueño Jewelry Studio to get one of my stones replaced from my ring. Emmanuel was able to repair my ring and also cleaned it up that same day. I haven’t seen my ring this clean in over 5 years, looks brand new! Left very satisfied and definitely coming back! Highly recommend!!

    Danielle Shear: This place is a joke. I took my 1.5 diamond ring in there to sell it and he looked at it and did all these things and said because it was a natural diamond. It’s not worth much which is totally opposite from the truth because natural diamonds are worth way more than lab grown and he wanted to give me $900-$1300 for that ring. Needless to say I ran out the door faster than I’ve ever I went to another jeweler. I’m not gonna list the name on this person’s website but if you reach out to me, I can give you the information and they gave me $3500 for my ring.
