Tracy Has been doing my pedicures & manicures for about 10 years & she is the absolute BEST! sisters come from Irvine & Lancaster just to be serviced by Tracy. Ben is also great with foot massages. Tracy just did this Gel X set on me & I am so pleased with them ☺️ Price point is also very good.

Wendy Brocklebank I was impressed with the clean professional environment. I was given a menu of drinks for purchase which was very affordable. Tom did my pedicure. I relaxed and was pampered. My nails looked amazing.

Esperanza Roblero This place. One of the women working there took almost 2 hours for pedicure. She cut my toe while cutting the cuticle, and I got an infection on my leg from maybe them using dirty things. My feet are itchy. I did not see them grab the bag with sterile nail tools. Stay away from this place. Gross

Alyssa Platt Princess Nails is great! I’ve gone here a few times already - 2 gel pedis and 3 gel manis. Each time, I was helped super quickly, and my manis and pedis last longer than any place I’ve gone before. Prices are good too. I keep coming back bc I value the time efficiency and good, long-lasting work they do!

Mercedes Banuelos This couple is very rude and very unprofessional. They are nice to those they choose to be nice to. While doing my nails they stop to help other customers that barely came in. This was my second time going but the first time was only for a fill, they made me feel uncomfortable and made me pay before they even did my nails . The second time I went in for a full set and I asked for coffin style and he gave me the ugliest shape , he originally asked me the size that I wanted them to be and then he went way smaller than what I asked, so I let him know . He rudely removed them by hand tearing my nails . I showed him a picture of the size last time and he was 10x more rude so I said never mind he then stared cutting my nails all ugly and waved me out . I asked u cant removed them? Being that he made them all ugly and he cussed at me in another language thinking I wouldnt understand. NEVER AGAIN .

Cynthia Alvarez Called ahead for an appt and was told it was slow to just walk in. I called back to confirm availability for 4pm for 2 people and when I arrived was immediately greeted. I told them I would just wait for my friend and they said to go ahead soak my feet and turned in the massage chair. Very sweet ladies. There was a grumpy man watching football on TV asking when my friend was arriving, where she was driving from, just straightforward almost rude. Clearly he didnt want to be there, he wasnt friendly so I dont know why he was just sitting there micromanaging. The pedicure was good, nice leg rub. No AC but it was a cool evening. Good for a budget Pedi.

Genevie Mondragon Kevin and Van run such a nice nail lounge. I have been coming here since 2017 and would never go anywhere else. The quality of the work and friendliness of the staff is so inviting. I recommend everyone to go here. The selection of the colors and the types of services they provide are great!

Teresa Wong Kevin always does the greatest job with my nails! Not only do they always look amazing, but they never lift! They bring a smile to my face for the whole month. Van has been the only one I let do my hair, and from the cut, to the style, to the highlights, she always does the kind of job that leaves me answering questions, even from people that I pass in the stores, who does my hair and where do they work?

Kasey This place charges as though they are doing quality work. I see why a lot of people opt to go to home based/private techs instead of a nail salon because this place among many others do not care. They just want to make the most money for mediocre work. I never leave reviews but it just doesnt feel right to not just in case others are thinking of coming here and expecting to be happy when they leave the door and salons like this need to be held accountable. I ended up having to file my own nails and was still charged 65 for a full set.. along with the fact that my nails are crooked and the acrylic was placed poorly so it looks like I need a fill already and I just got them done today. The lady at the front was the one who did my nails and if a receptionist is the one doing the nails, ld hope that she is capable/ qualified to do so. I would recommend the top nail techs here need to be the only ones that are allowed to charge so much. Everyone else needs to be capped at their current level until they receive the appropriate trainings to also charge a large amount. Im not upset, I get times are hard and salons like this are trying to make their money but I really hope that they do better not only for their guests but for themselves. I will not be returning.

Martinez M Went in for a pedi. Bit of a shabby job today. Very nice staff but the gal left red polish all over my skin, didnt bother to trim or file nails. Nails are left in odd uneven shape. And she only glossed over one toe at the end. Overall confusing experience.

Sonya Andrews Lisa is the ABSOLUTE BEST nail technician I have ever been too. I could literally fall asleep , wake up and glance at my nails and it would be just want I wanted. Everyone here is so very nice and accommodating. Some folks say it’s a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for perfect results every time

Nancy TheRad Great service and ny nails were on point. Full set with gel 50 bucks. Pricey but the quality is amazing. My nails havent lifted or gotten stuck on my hair. I will definitely came back. I finally found my new nail and pedicure spot. Friendly Atmosphere too! So follow up. Came back for a fill. My nails did not peel or break even after 3 weeks!

Brandy Tovar Watch out for up charges. They tried to charge me $45 for a dip even though it says $40 on the sign on the wall. They argued with me and I had to walk over to show her the sign and she said “they haven’t changed it yet”. They try to pressure you into adding more services and gel polish, asking over and over. The pedicure was OK. But my nails, which were fingertip length when I went in were filed until they were so short I screamed as she kept filing. I will not be back… maybe I should call the cosmo board tomorrow to file a complaint.

The price is the same. You get a water bottle which I love water. The place is not the cleanest but Ive seen worse.

Keysha Koldest Love this place. They have everything. Its not many beauty supplies in the IE that cater to African Americans but this place hit it right on. I come here for everything. Huge variety on braiding hair. They even have a loyalty program and give you a small discount if you pay with cash.

Dawn Mondry she was a really nice lady but her overcharging on my treatment for my pedicure and manicure $200 when I didn’t even get a foot massage, soaked in water, or my hand soaked in water or massaged, but she charged me for every little thing and then looking at the nails after they were done, they were done. There’s chips in them after the first day and I don’t do anything with my hands because my hands I can see my hands but I can’t feel them. So I’m not typing with them I’m not doing anything with them pretty much but yet they’ve chipped and the cuticles weren’t even taking care of well enough but yeah $200. It cost me to get a pedicure and a manicure and I didn’t even get all the services deemed to me that should have been, so I feel like I was taken advantage of because I’m in rehabilitation center getting my body back together and I don’t even walk on my feet that much because I’m wheelchair bound right now, so I really think she took advantage of me and I don’t even know why I pay it because I didn’t think about it until afterwards,

Nikka Livingston The manicurst at this place are unprofessional and didnt do a good job. My friend and I went as a girls day trip. I went and got gel x as a teeat to myself and this is what I got. It looks good from a far but the details under the nails are thick and has residue power I cant wash off from the glue and filing machine. My friend wanted to get gel x as well and was contemplating on what exact design/color she wanted. When she finally decided on french tips, the coat looked see through and my friend wasnt happy and asked for my opinion. The nail tech lashed out on us saying I wanted thin tips and my friend wanted thick which was not true. He was then giving her an attitude which made the whole experience awkward instead of relaxing. My friend ended up choosing a sparkly color to go on top of the see through pink. It ended up looking nice but the details was trash. Isnt that what we pay extra for? Overall I would not recommend this place. I did go one tome before this and had a good experience (I just got gel nails). Its sad how nail salons charge for every extra service but cant provide good quality service. Be prepared to pay in cash when you go. They also charge 2% on top of tips when you use a card and their ATM machine also charges $3.5. So disappointed with the service and quality especially for paying $75

Gabi Q First time going here as it was a recommended place from my mom. I absolutely loved it. My nail tech was Tony and he did such an amazing job. He listened to my nail concerns and gave great recommendations to help my nails get back to health. He was also very gentle and patient and made sure I was happy through the process. I will definitely be back!

Yamini Sharma This was mine and my husbands first time going to this place. We called them and booked a couples massage. When we reached the place they asked us to pay first,took us to the massage room and asked us to get ready for the massage. The place smelled like we towels and needs ventilation.When we were lying down one of the ladies came and told us that one of us will need to wait 15 minutes while the other one will get started. We already paid and were lying down in a vulnerable position where it felt stuck. So one of us agreed to wait while the other one was as getting massaged in a couples massage session.Then she told us that we can give the person who is waiting an extra 15 minutes but you need to pay 20 dollars extra . This was so insulting that you take your customers so for granted that instead of asking them a complimentary massage for their inconvenience happening because of the staffs unprofessional attitude and total fault, you are trying to make more money of them. Another customer came in and immediately got his massage started which meant they had a massage specialist but they decided they will probably keep them for a better client. The massage was awful. The lady was tired,in a hurry and uneven. It was super super painful like I was doing some kind of painful and unpleasant HIIT workout. The whole one hour I had to keep my body stiff to avoid any injuries.It was a full body massage and she never even touched the lower part of my feet while my husband got them massaged. All in all a very bad experience. Lack of professionalism and no concern for the clients comfort. People come to get massaged for a relaxing experience not to get frustrated and feel worst than they were before. The only good thing was that they didnt charge extra for card payments and they did not talk back when you were giving them the feedback. We will never be going back here or recommending anyone who wants a pleasant experience.

Jun Nakiri I recently went to Miss U Sap. My back was tense and sore from driving. The masseuse Rebecca did a great job and made my whole body relax. The ambient was nice too. I recommend this place and I will come again

Rick Hendrix Great massages. I asked for it to be hard, and she did not disappoint. She walked on my back, and I felt it. It was just what I needed. The wife asked for it medium and loved hers as well. If I lived in the area I would go there a lot!

Jennifer Richardson I have been coming to Organic Nail Bar 2 since they opened. It is my favorite place to go and get my nails done. It is very nice and clean all the time. The staff is great and Kim always does my nails . I love how she does my nails and always does a great job. She can do anything she is very talented.

Celina Tinsley My guest and I walked in without an appointment and were seen within 15 minutes or so. We received an excellent spa pedicure with complimentary soda or slushie, including nail trim, cuticle cutting, massage chair, light exfoliation, and fragrant lotion on legs and feet. Polish was applied perfectly with no bumps or residue on sides of nails. The staff were friendly and good at communicating. The pricing was up front and transparent at the front desk. There was a vast selection of probably hundreds of colors. The facility itself is huge and clean, well-decorated, and luxurious. Chairs are the new, deluxe type. Tools are freshly packaged from sterilization and newly opened for each customer. Foot tubs are clean and hygienic with upgraded disposable liners. There are many stations and staff available and it was not too busy. We paid $30 each for a spa pedicure (7/3/24). $2 fee to pay with card.

savana cwiek I came here and got the worst nails I’ve ever seen in my life. It looked like I let my 8 year old niece do my nails. I came in wanting green nails, with a simple leaf on the ring finger. The nail artist ‘Blossom’ could not paint that image for her life; even though she gladly accepted the design I asked for as if she could. Instead of a dainty leaf, it kept looking like a fat Christmas tree. She tried it FOUR times before I gave up and told her to not do it anymore. After that, she told me “I can do marble” and I said okay, you can see for yourself on my ring finger how that turned out. Then she said she’ll “add some sparkle to make it shine”, then proceeded to add this horrible kid-style purple and blue glitter on top. I’m used to getting very nice French tips, fills, and designs on my nails. I can not stress enough how disappointed I was after I left, and how my nails really did look like an 8 year old did them for me! All that for $65!!!!!! It looked like nails that were worth $15. Won’t be coming back!

Hana Robertson Quick service during the lunch hour, but they need to improve cleanliness. I wasn’t impressed with the employee’s technique—I got cut a couple times. While my toenails were trimmed and polished, the experience wasn’t great. I won’t be returning.

Al corro This place treats you right. They dont force things and they are very gentle on the work. My wife gets alot of work done here. When I do my hands and feet they are very consistent. Great place to chill and relax

Korina Came here for a gel manicure... guy behind the desk looking like he was sleeping when i walked in. I was asking to see their blue gel colors with glitter... the guy just started at me and showed me 1 color and i asked if they had anymore and he said "theyre all the same" okay....... chose a different color. The manager or owner went outside for a cigarette and smoked right outside the open door and all his cigarette smoke filled the store. It was disgusting and made me nauseous. They didnt open new tools inf ront of me. They werent sealed. And its been 3 days and my manicure is already chipping. DONT COME HERE. Glow me nails is close to here and 100x better and cleaner.

Fernyrican My wife (as a surprise) took me 2 Bella Vous in Rancho Cucamonga, at the beginning of March and WOW…. The lady gave me a great pedicure, I can’t recall her name ( I apologize)but I’ll do better, I’ll post some pics of her work. She’s a pedicure extraordinaire. Checking on me constantly, making sure I was comfortable and her service was( for a lack of a better word) amazing. I’ll definitely will go back there again. By the way my wife was very happy with her pedicure and manicure.

Daniela Amaya I loved this place! They worked really hard to accommodate my needs and had an awesome attitude the whole time. I was able to go and bring my mother for us to get our nails done. Our technician worked fast and was so kind! She understood what we wanted and always checked that we were satisfied. My mom had a glass of wine while she waited and we had a great time. Sarah Morrissette Update: I’ve come back twice for myself since my first review. Appreciate the artistry I have received! I’ve tried at least a half dozen nail salons since moving here 15 months ago and this is the first location where they successfully pull off more than just cut and paste basics. Diana did some delicate and beautiful edelweiss flowers for me on request and then my next visit Tony showed off his skills with the most perfectly shaped and smoothed acrylic fill I’ve ever had and 3D freehand sunflowers on the spot. Original post: So much kindness and patience for this special mani pedi time for my 3 young daughters. I will return!
