tiger tastic Excellent experience. Miguel is super sweet, gentle, and friendly. He listens to what you want and executes to perfection. He is quick, affordable, and available by appointment. Just call and receive the present of his presense. Honestly, Ive been to hair dressers all around the world who sometimes charge a heck of a lot more, but his delivery is the best, bar none.

M M Ive been to this salon a few times before and had fine service, but I made an appointment on 4/22 at 4:30pm and my card was charged. When I went to my appointment the studio was closed. I reached out and asked if I could be refunded the amount I was already charged via phone and text but they never responded to my request. Very disappointing to have my card charged and receive no service.

Candice Coker I have been going to Jamie for over 15 years. She is an amazing stylist who is knowledgeable about curly hair. Before I found Jamie, I never knew what to do with my hair and would always pull it up. She has shown me how to not only care but style my hair in a way that makes me feel confident. Jamie also cuts my 2 year old’s curly hair which is a challenge as he is constantly moving. She is patient and works around his moving. I am grateful for her gentle touch. Kristy Okada Leslie has been cutting and coloring my hair for about three years, and I couldn’t be happier with her work. She has experience working with my Asian hair texture and has done everything from bobs and long layers to balayage and highlights—all with amazing results. Leslie takes the time to ask thoughtful questions, ensuring that the final look matches my vision. She is always professional, attentive, and dedicated to making sure I leave satisfied. Shannon Mallon Jamie has been dying & cutting my hair for a couple of years now. I’ve never been a person that walks out of the salon instantly happy with the look, but Jamie nails it every time. My daughter also loves her haircuts.

Eddina Jones I must say I’ve been coming here for years and I have Nancy doing my hair and she wash ,blow dry and trim my hair and she does amazing job. I don’t get relaxers in my hair. Because It’s natural. And I am African-American and I’m saying that to say they can do all types of hair and they also do my daughter and my granddaughters hair. And I have three best friends that goes there. They have a good service they get you in and out whether you have an appointment or not I have never been there longer then . Pierce Civil Showed the woman pictures of the haircut I wanted and asked for the same thing or something similar. They did the exact opposite and I had to go fix it at home. My hair was obviously uneven and blocky, and she cut it too short. I asked for a fringe above the eyebrows, and she cut it almost to my hairline. The workers here spend more time talking to each other than doing their job. They get distracted by conversations while cutting hair. I dont even think these people are qualified to cut hair.

Nancy Acosta-Villegas Extremely bad customer service, did not feel welcomed, lady was extremely rude. Did not want to dye the hair color that i wanted because it was going to be “to much work”. Were not professional and def was not worth spending $250 for dying my hair yet again had to go to a different place for them to fix my hair. Waste of money!

sal a BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I asked for a simply trim with scissors. A few inches off is all I’m asking for. She kept telling me ok and started to prep my hair. As she started to cut my hair she took the trimmer and started using it to cut my hair. I told her before I sat down that all I wanted was a scissors trim and she told me ok. I asked the rest of the ladies for help and they acted like they didn’t understand English. If you aren’t from Vietnam I wouldn’t come here.

RICE KING My usual barber was not in town so I went to this place. When I got there there were no one waiting to get a haircut and there were two barbers stuffing there face. I said hello and they told me to have a seat , waited five minutes and noting happens. So I left , at least they can do is tell me how long it would be.Seems like the barbers here are really stuck up. You people need to get a class in customer survive.

kalekidan Gebrekidan I recently had a hair appointment where I specifically requested a silk press and a trim. However, the stylist ended up giving me a haircut instead of a trim, and whats worse, the back of my hair was cut extremely short, resulting in an uneven haircut. Please pay more attention to customers requests and know the difference between a trim and hair cut!

Autumn Murray My husband came here for a haircut about 2 weeks ago, and it was the best haircut he has had in a long time. He said Andy did his hair, and he looked amazing. It was perfectly tapered, and he looks 5 years younger! Hubby will definitely be getting his future haircuts here.

Aimee Fields-Reed I got a silk press for the first time in 8 years. Crystal was fantastic! I was in the salon chair within 3 min. of my appointment time. She did an amazing job and my hair feels so so healthy and clean. I love it! My only one thing is that it ended up notably more expensive than I anticipated. No points off though because after assessing my hair and situation, recommendations were made to me. I didnt ask how much each thing would cost, and I consented to everything done. I dont treat myself to things often, and I know I needed to get my hair into a healthier place. Worth it. I plan to come back with my kiddo for her first salon experience!

Constance Slider Pierre Let me just share with you my amazing experience at Paparazzi Beauty Bar and with @iamcrystalrenee. I bought my first (and only) custom unit circa 2018 and it was beautiful. I loved her (my custom unit) and I felt so pretty. Since then I have toggled between braids and my custom and really gotten my moneys worth! I mean folks its been 7 years! I mean I really wore her and put her to the test. I finally decided it might be time to get her a total tune up and sent her in to @iamcrystalrennee who brought her back to life with a shampoo, condition and styling. I mean she looks brand new and I feel brand new wearing her. This is an investment well worth the money. I am anxiously awaiting my new unit but in the meantime...I look fly! And if you dont know, Crystal is a total sweetheart. She is kind, she is smart and she is talented beyond measure.

Kayi Esse This was my first time with Melissa and I fell instantly in love! I went for a sew in with minimal leave out. Melissa worked so fast. I got a shampoo and blowout with it. This is the BEST service and BEST price I’ve EVER gotten in all of the Bay Area when it comes to sew ins. When I walked in, my sister was like, “oh wow that looks just like your hair.” Melissa washed my bundles too and dried them under the dryer before installing them. In addition to that this, she is an absolute angel! We had a time talking and having fun. The whole service took like 2 hours. I’ve never had someone worked so fast on my sew in before. I LOVED my hair so much I walked out feeling like a celebrity. You can tell Melissa really LOVES what she does and she is just an all around incredible human being who is gorgeous inside out. I will not be going anywhere else in the Bay Area to get my sew ins done and you shouldn’t either. Come to Melissa for the best hair service and treatment in all of the Bay Area! ☺️

araceli villarreal My daughter’s I got our hair done today. Denise did an excellent job on all of our hair. We all love our new looks. Denise made sure my highlights were perfect I had previously dyed my hair blue black and the tips bottom of my hair still have that color on them, because of this the color was off, but Denise made sure the bottom color match with the top. It took some time but she got it done perfectly. I appreciate how patient she was with me and the advice she gave me regarding the blue black color that was still in my hair the color she picked matches perfectly with m skin tone and blended perfectly with my grey hair. Venus Li Brushed by an angel, an angel name Ngan. She is a heaven send! Ive found Ngan through one of the FB Wedding groups and after seeing her reviews, Instagram, and website, I reached out to schedule a hair and make up trial. I already knew from the beginning that Ngan was going to be great to work with - she was friendly and personable and it felt like I was having a conversation with an old friend, to be honest. Ngan was not only patient with me through my trial as she listened to my concerns and worked with me who has 0 knowledge about make up, but she provided suggestions and ideas based on my skin tone and likes and dislikes. My mother also did a separate hair trial with Ngan because she had some concerns if she would be able to get her hair in a bun since she had some bald spots she wanted to cover with thin hair and Ngan was able to reassure her and get to work to make her feel good. Coordinating a time and place for both the trial and the actual wedding day was very easy to do. Ngan and her assistant arrived on the morning of wedding in a timely manner and got to work right away. My bridal party looked and felt amazing which was very important to me. My hair and make up looked perfect - Ngan did a fantastic job. Even though we went through a trial already a few months back, she reiterated what we went through, what we agreed on, and asked if there was any changes to the plan. She worked with me and my thinner eyebrows and I have to toot my own horn and say I looked fantastic. Overall, I would highly recommend Ngan for any special occasion - whether its a wedding, an engagement party, or a "just because I deserve it" day. Her communication is on point, shes patient and kind, and open to any concerns you may have. My hair stayed in place the entire day and my make up turned out great in the photos.

Reyhaneh Rajabzadeh I have experienced haircuts and make up with Naomi- and cant say enough about both. Naomi always gives me the most perfect haircut! She talks to you thoroughly about what you want and also makes suggestions (so helpful) I have long hair and am often disappointed with my haircuts because they end up making my hair too flat or too short. Naomis cuts give my hair a really nice bounce and bring back the waves and volume. For makeup, I called Naomi when I was in a bind as my make up artist had canceled on me just a few hours before our appointment (and my event). Naomi was so kind and opened her salon for me to get a glam up....and it looked amazing. Ive been going to her since then and so glad I found this salon.
