5 /5 araceli villarreal: My daughter’s I got our hair done today. Denise did an excellent job on all of our hair. We all love our new looks. Denise made sure my highlights were perfect I had previously dyed my hair blue black and the tips bottom of my hair still have that color on them, because of this the color was off, but Denise made sure the bottom color match with the top. It took some time but she got it done perfectly. I appreciate how patient she was with me and the advice she gave me regarding the blue black color that was still in my hair the color she picked matches perfectly with m skin tone and blended perfectly with my grey hair. If you need a hair cut or any highlight or color done in your hair please stop by the YEYA Salon Denise is amazing and in expert in her field.

5 /5 Francesca Narro: Denisse has an airy and modern salon—loved the vibes. The hair washing stations have massage chairs which was such a treat during my deep condition treatment. Denisse was patient, efficient and ensured she was cutting just the right amount. She did the first big cut dry which most stylists don’t do despite me requesting it. I’ve got so many different textures and hair patterns going on it was nice to have someone who knows how to cut and style multiple hair types. She diffused it and styled it naturally which is what I normally do so we could see how it looked at the end. So much body and movement. It looks like a whole new head of hair. Her prices are also very fair especially for Piedmont Ave which has several higher priced salons. Plus, Yeya is right next to a coffee shop and two nail salons—excellent for a full day of pampering. Definitely coming back!

Her salon is beautiful, clean, and in a great location; booking and confirming the appointment was a breeze; she was punctual, so positive yet real, and her personal style is a love story to curly hair. After a brief conversation of what I was looking for, she dry cut my hair, washed it, styled it, diffused it *by hand* (no sitting under a dryer), and did final touches. Whole appointment lasted an hour and 20 minutes, and there wasnt a single moment of silence or awkwardness between us even though wed just met. Ive had experienced hairdressers at nice salons before, but Denisse is the one I will be staying with because she turned my mood around with her personality, service, and undeniable skill.
