She’s incredibly skilled, consistent, and genuinely cares about her clients. My nails always last a full month with no lifting, chipping, or breaking, and the quality is unmatched for such an affordable price. Le’s design work is what keeps me coming back. This month, she gave me a clean and modern blue geometric design that feels both bold and elegant. Her lines are so precise, and the negative space adds such a unique, high-fashion touch. Rose Guiliano Loved this place. The ladies are very friendly and they were able to fit me in the same day. I got soft gel extensions and the cat eye. The nails are labor intensive but Jojo was amazing and knew what she was doing. Prices are also relatively reasonable, way lower than I thought and I got the special pedicure with parafin and mid mask. Total for my service was $123. Will definitely be coming back!

K C I have always had a good experience here, but last Friday, I went for a gel manicure and gel pedicure, I requested Chrome, and it came out awful. I didnt have time for them to fix it that day, but I returned the following day and decided no chrome. Its only been 4 days, and the color on my toes is coming off, and the tips of my manicure are starting to look like matte nail polish. Im really disappointed in their services this time. I wont be returning.

Sheila Pedicure didnt last long. They force you to pay in cash, in order to use the customer loyalty program. However the the place is clean.

Danielle Alipio Scam scam scam!!!!! These people just make prices up and charge unreasonable unrealistic prices. They tried to charge me $186 for 3 fill ins. My mother’s nails look like absolute garbage. They cut the sides of ALL her fingers. When I asked to speak to the manager nobody said a word!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED

The owner of this business JENNY is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, TAKES HER INSECURITIES OUT ON GOOD PAYING CUSTOMERS AND CONSTANTLY talks about her customers badly to her employees. (I know because I have the Translate App on my phone.) Because I told Jenny that I prefer for Tracey to do my nails, Jenny has been treating me in this rude way! . Jenny’s tools are nasty and she does not clean them, her work is sloppy which caused me to have green nail fungus. When I would come for an appointment with Tracey and Jenny is there, Tracey then does sloppy work, and caused me to develop green nail fungus AGAIN! After they RUIN your nails and you tell them, they accuse you of complaining and try to tell you not to come back! They are supposed to be providing a service where you get what you ask for, however they are not doing that! RUN FAR FROM THIS PLACE! THEY WANT TO TAKE ALL OF YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU SLOPPY WORK WITH FUNGUS!

Tammar Hadari Service horrible. I set up an appointment for Sunday 9:30 am. I arrived with my sister in-law to find out the place is closed and open only at 10:30 , i thought it was weird, but just went for coffee in starbucks not far away. we came back at 10:10 and the place was already open. When I talked to the lady there and explained what happened she said that it wasnt true because on Sunday they open at 10 am . I explained I understand that as I was there earlier and they still were closed and this is the info was given to me over the phone. In my mind just wanted to relay feedback ( as a business owner I know its important ) but at that point she became supper aggressive. I didnt want to continue the conflict and requested just to be serviced and she refused as she said they are busy ( the place was empty) and I must wait for my appointment. ( 20 min ) when i mentioned that the place is empty she became even m ore aggressive. At that point I requested the owner information so i can talked to her directly but the lady at the store responded she is the owner ( not true as I go thee for like 3 years ). Long story short , I was banned from that location , owners never reached back. There are plenty other salons to go to , this one is just became a nightmare ( I have 9 ladies I know that will never go back there for similar interactions.

Kasey Wyatt I’ve struggled to find manicures that actually last on me and don’t leave me with damaged nails. I’ve been to Level Up multiple times now and can confidently say they are the best. My manicures last so long, look great, and my natural nails have grown long and healthy. I’m so impressed by their attention to detail and their skill (Karina is great!). Highly recommend Level Up!

Kami Devi-Ralh You know that feeling when you find THE BEST NAIL SALON EVER?! Yeah me either, until I literally walked by level up and when I tell you, I have never looked at another salon again…. They take their time, they pay attention to tiny meticulous details and they are phenomenal at their craft. Please do not walk in and demand a fast express service, that is not the type of salon this is. They are worth the price and they at worth the time every single time! Appreciate you ladies!!!! Not sure if they only did that because they knew she couldnt see or if their work is always that horrible. Either theyre awful people, or their work is awful..

Letitia Kim I have a serious staph infection from a manicure at this salon on March 3. The technician dug too deeply into the side of my nail where it meets the skin, and ended up breaching the skin. 3 days later it developed into a full-blown infection that had migrated into the finger pad, which is resistant to antibiotic treatment. I am on my 2nd round of antibiotics and if this 2nd round fails like the 1st round did, I will need surgery to drain and clear the infection. I have been to this salon several times before this incident, and always thought they did a nice job and were very friendly. I take no pleasure in writing this review. But they need to do a much better job of sanitizing their equipment and being very careful not to break the skin. I strongly suggest that people reconsider any salon manicures at all. It is not worth the risk. A finger infection may sound like nothing, but it can easily spread and become resistant to treatment, as it has in my case.

Mandy Harper Very happy with the mani/pedi I got. I wear my nails short so most nail salons paint only like 2/3 of my nail which causes the polish to chip very quick. But the two women who did my nails here did a fantastic, detailed job. Both my hands and feet look perfect. Nothing was overlooked and so happy with the service I got. The mani/pedi in total cost $60 which I think is a very fair price. Ill definitely go back.

Samantha April Cea Good service. The shop and the stuff that was used were clean. I just wished they were more approachable. They seemed annoyed when I was confused about manicure and gel extensions. It was my first time, that’s why. I wanted to ask questions, but seeing them irritated, I lost my confidence to ask because I did not want to sound dumb. I hope they can improve on this part so first time clients can confidently ask them.

Meytal Rubinsky Mary is one of the best manicurist I have ever had. She is super professional and detailed oriented. The staff is very kind. I love the “Tap” service which is a hybrid gel solution. It is not heavy on the nails. There are no extensions so nothing breaks. Very elegant and natural look.

DeeperThanAtlantis7 The Mrs. Has been wanting us to go there for a while (her hands and my feet) so we finally checked it out. I didnt like the fact that they lock you in there while youre being serviced. Also, after a week 4 of her nails are already coming off. She did like the fact that her nails looked more natural because they werent as thick (as her usual place makes her nails). Also, they dont have a wide variety of colors. However, the service was nice, quick and friendly even though we were charged more than the listed prices. I didnt mind that because we need to support local businesses.

My sister goes there, but shes not as picky or spend as much as I do, so find another shop thatll take the time, even after youve waited with an appt to not crack the sides of your nails or file your toe nails crooked etc.

Ray G Very disappointed with my experience here. I went in for a basic pedicure and was shocked to see that it was priced at $90. I decided to do gel, and since my friend booked the appointment for me as a regular pedicure, they told me they would not have time to do a basic French tip. I didn’t think it would be an issue to switch to gel since, in my experience, salons usually ask in person which one you want, and it doesn’t take more time. The technician was nice enough to say she could still do the French tip, but I don’t understand why it was a problem in the first place, especially since the salon was nearly empty and no one was waiting after me. I also expected a small extra charge for the French tip but was surprised to find out it was $20 extra. According to their pricing, the pedicure should have been $65, and with the French tip, it should have totaled $85, but I was charged $90. I find this price kind of wild for a basic pedicure. Not only was it overpriced, but the quality was nothing special or out of the ordinary. To make matters worse, the technician went too deep under my nail, causing pain and discomfort in my toe since my appointment on Friday (it’s now Tuesday night). It’s been uncomfortable to wear shoes, and the pain has persisted for days. Overall, I felt overcharged for a mediocre pedicure that ended up hurting my toe. I would not return.

bianca Walker Here are my pros and cons with my experience today at this nail salon. PROS : place looks very clean and beautiful , I LOVE the pink and floral look it has . They were very quick in starting once I entered , I got a manicure and pedicure and the two ladies handled my feet and hands with care . When I booked online I left notes saying not to do Cudical work ( I do it at home to avoid cuts because my cutical get very dry and its never a fun experience getting cut when they do your nails ) and not to use the hard scrub for the sols of my feet ( I am very ticklish) . They kept my notes in mind and did a lovely job and following through with my notes . Made me feel heard . They offered complimentary water / tea and coffee which was a lovely touch and the stuff they used to sugar scrub me feet ? Such a beautiful and wonderful floral smell , I felt so pretty and pampered. The staff was very nice and seemed very caring when I was there . Now the CONS : what I wanted was a simple chrome look ( no designs or extra stuff ) and their options on chrome was limited ( in my opinion ) and when I asked them if they can do it on clear base so it can be more transparent rather than on a solid white color , they looked at me like I was crazy and said straight out no. I know my manicurist tried explaining to me why it couldnt be done but Ive had it done at other nail salons before so Im not sure if its because of the lack of color options ? Or the quality of the chrome powder they have that doesnt not go on vibrant ? Or the lack in experience and knowledge ?Whatever the case is , the ladies tried to figure out a way to get it as close to what I wanted ( they said we could do pink nude ) so Im happy that they attempted to make it work but the initial feeling of making me feel like what I was asking for what just unheard of is what left a bit of a bitter /awkward after taste for the rest of the experience . I always try to find a place that keeps up with modern designs and looks and it seems like if they freaked out over a simple chrome look ? Looks like the staff needs to do some homework and up their experience . I say this with the most respect because I appreciate the staff for the work they put in but if you are going to work doing nails , does it not make sense to always be learning and being able to give more modern designs and wider varieties for your clients instead of staying with the typical french tip and solid color styles ? I dont know , just something I always would think should be something key and important for your clients . I didnt like that they charge you twice for chrome if you want it on both hands and feet so that turned my most basic look I have ever gotten as far as manicure and pedi into a total of $200 plus extra for tiping the girls of course . Its been a minute since Ive gotten my nails done and maybe the prices just keep rising but for a basic look and basic care ? Im on the fence about that and it makes me a little concerned on if I want to go back when I want something a little more with designs and dazzle since that Is normally what I go in for. I did get cut on my pinky and it was a deep cut . I dont hold that on to my manicurist because at the end of the day Im expecting to get cut regardless. Its just bound to happen and Im just glad it was just on one finger and not multiple cuts so I give my ladies the love and support they deserve for todays visit . Overall experience was great in itself but I guess the price to pay for basic /natural stuff is going up so if you dont mind spending the money for it , I would say this is a great place . I find it a beautiful spot overall and I wish I was able to come back a lot more but we shall see . At the end of the day , I love how clean my nails look , If it wasnt for the cons , I would give all 5 stars .

Rian Dindzans I cant add a picture because I cant get a good picture of them but my nails look amazing and Ive been absolutely delighted by them since I got them! I went in on Dec 4, 4:30 pm, and was assisted by the lovely Lainey! This was my first time getting a basic pedicure and my first time getting UV gel nails, and I could not be happier with how gentle and thorough the process was! I use a power wheelchair and couldnt transfer out, so when I signed up for my appointment I let them know about my situation. They were ready for me before I even went in! Due to not walking my feet are very sensitive, and Lainey was incredible. Her job with the cats eye was also amazing, and its lasting a really long time! I cant wait to go back for my birthday! The tables were high enough that I could pull up facing forward with my chair and lean just a bit forward so she could do my nails. Next to the pedicure chairs was an open space, so I parked my wheelchair there and they brought over two stools and a portable foot tub with hot water, and lined with a plastic bag to ensure hygiene. The door is not automatic but the receptionist was very attentive and kind, and made sure to hold the door open for me both on my way out and on my way in! The front desk is a little high for most wheelchair users, so if you use a wheelchair too you may need to ask for help using the card reader. Total cost of basic pedicure + gel manicure + nail polish removal + cats eye design came out to be $120. Well worth it in my opinion!

Lorena Hoogsteden I’ve been getting my nails done by Deanna for 6 months now, and hands down (see what I did there...) I will not trust anyone else with my nails. She’s not a nail tech, she’s an artist. Absolutely brilliant. On top of that, Deanna’s super precise with her gel application, so my manicures have lasted up to 5 weeks, and I’m pretty rough of my hands. I’ve never experienced any chipping or lifting, and my natural nails have gotten so much stronger and healthier. Bonus points, Deanna is one of the coolest humans I’ve ever met, and she’s a blast to hang with.

Miss Aspen Deanna is the BEST! She takes her time and cares for the health of your nails, nothing compares. Once you go here you’ll never want to go to those quick chop shops again. I’ve never had natural nails as long or as strong since I’ve been with her.

They are kind and friendly they even offered me drinks and snacks. i got a fill and a pedicure for only 90 dollars which is relatively inexpensive. The owner gave me some kind words and took pictures to share on social media.

Joan Estep I called ahead to see if they could fit me out on a Saturday afternoon and they told me they were all booked up, and recommended I come in on another day. I had a very tight schedule so I was going to find somewhere else, but they she me know they could fit me in on Sunday at 10 AM when they open. When I arrived, there was one manicurist on staff, and someone else getting their nails done and who was about halfway thru. The manicurist let me know that they were appointment only so I double checked to make sure I was at the right place, as this was my first time there. I let her know that I spoke with someone the day before, and they booked me for an appointment at 10 am that morning. She didn’t know why they said that and she was the only person there she wouldn’t be able to help me for another hour. Very frustrating experience considering I was going to find somewhere else, and the owner insisted that I come in and would fit me in when they actually did not have the space or capacity to do so.

Tracy Spiegelman I got a dip polish removal and nail recovery manicure with Skye. My nails look healthier than they ever have after a manicure! The hot avocado oil treatment was especially nice. Special shout out to the receptionist (Im sorry I didnt catch their name!) who got me a tea during my treatment, that was really appreciated! Ill definitely be back.

Taqwa I have been going to Saunders & James for around 6 months, and cannot recommend them enough. They are kind, professional, and the salon is so peaceful. I have gotten standard manicures and pedicures, gel manicures and pedicures, and builder gel manicures, and have been satisfied with each of these services (highly recommend builder gel). I see Indra on a regular basis, she is wonderful. In addition, their scheduling policy is respectful to both clients and the staff. Thank you to Michelle and staff for their service.

Lauren Meier I love this nail salon. They do a great job with every crazy nail design picture that I bring in for them to replicate. I tried a ballerina shaped nail this time and Ni took great care to shape every nail exactly how I asked and give me a GREAT nail design. The person that runs the front desk is always gracious and even checks in with you to make sure that you’re not running over your meeter time. I would give this salon more stars if I could.
