kimkim Staff can either be really rude or really nice. You don’t know what you get when you come in. I went in for them to clean my teeth and then i waited for over 2 HOURS for them to call me in and they just checked my teeth that’s it. No clean up for my teeth. I had to make a new appointment just for that. This place really wastes your time overall. The new staff seems to be very harsh with teeth as well.

nicole urzua Ortho team here is amazing! So kind, knowledgeable , detail oriented, and enthusiastic- leaving you feeling comfortable and welcomed in every visit. I just got my braces a few months ago and I look forward to my appointment each month for adjustments. Everyone is super fast/efficient and always with a great attitude and big smile. Front desk could use some work though, they never answer the phones and when greeted it’s never with a smile or good attitude which isn’t great considering they’re the front face of the place..

Nancy Miller Extremely rude front desk staff. Any questions you have, are answered with an attitude and tone. Theres zero urgency here. Dentist who did the exam for general, was unprofessional. Hope the Regional Manager pays attention to the reviews left. As a former OM at a different location, this service would have never been acceptable by the RM or corporate. Do not recommend this location. *Side note* I prefer to speak to the Regional Manager, not the Office Manager.

Rob Rubright The staff at this practice is excellent. The receptionist was kind, helpful and efficient. The person who did the X-rays was training a new person, both of whom did an excellent job. The dentist was gentle, and provided care and suggested issues to address, without a heavy sales pitch and no judgment. And when I had to cancel an appointment, I was refunded my deposit quickly, and kept updated on the process. I highly recommend this office.

SUSAN COULSON I had a really difficult time deciding what to do with my dental problems. Dr Todd and Regina both listened to my concerns and we came up with a solution that is perfect for me. Also, Elizabeth is absolutely the best hygienist I have ever gone to. She is thorough, gentle and highly competent in her craft. This office is a pleasure to visit and they all helped me to be comfortable with the work that needs to be done.
