Marissa Braithwaite I started getting my hair done by Andrea about 3 years ago, I wouldn’t ever let anyone else touch my hair. I always go in without a clue of what I’m going to do and she helps me figure it out and I always love it! Yesterday I went from blonde, to mocha red. I’m loving it! Highly recommend!

Laura Vickers I started coming in to Andrea about 5-6 years ago when I was looking for a stylist with razor cut experience to help manage my coarse & thick hair. She is proficient, friendly, and skilled with a razor & scissors. She listens with a keen ear and knows when to offer suggestions.Andrea has excellent expertise in color & is a true pro color wizard! She has become a trusted friend to boot & my hair has never looked better.

Emily Barber Andrea is great. Her highlights are beautiful and shes very fun to talk to. Shes always there to help me in a hair crisis too :)

heather goodwyn I was able to get in for a cut & color in super short notice and not being an existing client. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Lauren and hands down Ive found my forever stylist. I brought in a few pictures and she tailored the look I wanted to perfectly fit my face. Shes very friendly and easy to talk to but also quiet if you just want to sit there and relax which is an amazing customer service trait. She got my color so perfect it looks natural and she didnt make a single mistake. She meticulously examined and touched up every bit of hair so the cut is totally even and beautiful. She is a 10/10.

Dustin Carter First time visitor today, and Mary Jane did not disappoint! Very happy with how she accommodated my weird situation as Im growing out a squirrel tell and even lined it up for me while I was in there for my beard trim and line up. Would give more stars if I could 10/5

Cassandra draxler Cassandra has been in the beauty industry for over 25 years. Her attention to detail and customer service is impeccable. She has worked on the run way, and photography and weddings displaying her accomplishments with hair and makeup, as well as worked with plastic surgeons, dermatologist as well as working at the burn unit at UC DAVIS. Her work is very customized to fit individual needs. She is far from a cookie cutter professional. The salon is calm and inviting, from the colors, the music and pure aromatherapy scents. A real jewel in Placerville

Francisco Rizet We were in and out within 20 minutes. I like how you can make a reservation online ahead of time and you’ll have your spot reserved. They did a good job cutting my hair. They save your style in the computer for your next visit.

Paul Doerr I ALWAYS get an amazing cut from Jennifer. My son who is very picky will now only go to her for his cuts. She is personable and definitely knows how to manage even the toughest head of hair (like mine). I look forward to her making me look good every time I come in!

Terese Shelsta I went for my first appointment with Stacy and was extremely happy with her work. I made a follow-up appointment and due to circumstances at work I was unable to make my appointment. I was advised she would get the message that I needed to reschedule as she was unable to come to the phone. She never called. I tried again and left a message with no call back. Very unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone.

Jenn St.Pierre I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Amanda! I came in with a hair disaster, feeling completely defeated, just days before an important filming. Vanessa Diaz I went to get my money piece done, and Courtney messed it up. All I wanted was a blonde money piece, but it came out looking orange and blonde at the ends. I am very upset, it looks horrible.

Valerie Ray I went to go get my hair dyed and highlighted. I brought a picture of what I wanted. The lady said she could do it and it turned out. Terrible, she did not do one seen I asked. I was so upset. Because thats salon to me was a very good salon best. I thought in Placerville, I talked to the owner. The owner said she would call me, so my hair could get fixed correctly. And I never received a call, so so very disappointed in that salon.I will never go back

Beautifully blended with my previous color, Very friendly service and a really reasonable price. Actually less expensive than my usual stylist. I fully recommend Cosmo 100%

Jenn I had such a great experience with Jen at Jenn X Hair! First, she got me a last minute, same day appointment for a haircut. I went from pretty long hair to chin length. I showed Jen a couple of pictures of what I wanted and she cut my hair EXACTLY how I wanted it. She then gave me tips for styling my new haircut, suggestions for different types of products to work best with my new style, and specific feedback for making it all work with my hair texture. I am so happy I found Jen. She has such a fun, relaxed personality. Shes flexible with her scheduling and really works with all her clients to give them what they need.

Tera Dailey Jen at Jen X hair salon is one of the coolest people you will ever meet! She makes you feel extremely comfortable when asking questions, she’s very patient. Jen is extremely educated in her field and truly knows her way around ahead of hair! I get my hair colored as well as I get weave in extensions. I have been to three other hairdressers for my extensions and no one puts them in as perfectly as Jen. They’re always tight nicely fitting and look completely Real! I enjoy my appointments at Jen X and highly recommend her to anyone wanting fantastic hair!

Forever And forever Karen is the only one in this world that can give me awesome Doo. The place is so cute and is a full service salon.

Kim Bohannon Karen is awesome. She did my first hair cut once we were set free for a moment from the Covid Lock Down. She made suggestions and colored my hair and I am thrilled with my hair again.
