Michelle Singh Samar gave me hands down the best haircut I’ve ever had! I have ultra thick, heavy hair. It looks straight when long but it’s very wavy. I asked her to take it up to approximately shoulder length and she crafted the most incredible, springy layered cut. I had over 9” taken off but had no “hair shock” because she did such an amazing job. I’ve had the cut for over a month and keep waking up to springy, natural curls that lay so cute and require basically no styling! For the quality of the cut, her prices are very reasonable. She’s also welcoming and friendly. I’m definitely planning on going back again!!

Grant Kreutz She has over 30 years in the business and you can definitely tell she’s a veteran. I have difficult to cut curly hair and my first time visiting the shop she cut it perfectly! 10 out of 10 would go again! Also she’s really nice and easy to talk to

Katherine Young Shelly Rivera is the best colorist, knows the science of healthy hair and has been a blessing in my life since I started going to her 5 years ago. She has introduced me to cutting-edge products such as Olaplex and Monat and has helped me grow my hair so long which has been my wish since I chopped it in 2003 and found out my hair grows as slow as molasses. Last year, someone I used to see fairly frequently didnt recognize me because my hair had grown so much. The salon is beautiful with professional lighting and is on Main Street in Downtown Napa. I highly recommend Shelly Rivera and The Arrangement to meet all your beauty needs and expectations.

Vanessa Teaford Terry knows her hair. Doesnt try to push products on you and answers all of your questions on proper hair maintenance. A true professional. The other staff are personable and easy to converse with.

Osmar Hernandez Aidan is the best barber you can have and you can count on him giving you whichever type of haircut you’d like. Shine salon is an accommodative place and the vibes are great. Aidan was very responsive, professional and is very experienced in cutting men’s hair, definitely recommend Aidan to anyone that needs a well done professional haircut and barber!

A F I was really excited when Chabelita reached out after calling all of Napa in hopes of finding a salon that offered permanent straightening… she reached out and we spoke about my expectations and her ability to help me reach my goal. We discussed my hair and its current natural state which was thin and very curly. She told me she could attain that goal and even took me after hours, which I was ecstatic about. She proceeded to give me a Brazilian blow out . She never told me she would be giving me a Brazilian blow out as I have friends in the hair industry that I had previously refused as this was not what I was looking for. I felt absolutely robbed. I overpaid for something that could easily cost a fraction of what I paid her. The disappointment was seriously enough to make me not want to trust anyone again. Everyone, all of my friends who knew what the outcome of my hair would be were just baffled by the same curly hair I wore in the following day. I was not looking for a Brazilian blow out I was expecting permanent hair straightening (at least until my natural hair grew out) but was met with disappointment and a bill for something I did not want. All in all, she could have been honest with me and told me it was something she recommended while not being what I wanted. Really hurt my feelings and it’s not easy for me to come to terms with the fact that I paid over 400 for something that easily costs 150. Thank you, and I hope she needed that more than I did.

Christina Willis Loved service provided by Terra. I was looking for a pixie haircut, and a few of my neighbors on Nextdoor mentioned her name. Indeed, I was not disappointed. I typically get highlights and a cut. I enjoyed Terras company and her attention to detail. She also followed up with me the next day to make sure that I was happy with my cut. I have scheduled my follow up appointment already.

George Yesowitch I have been going to Executive Barbershop for over two years and have Royce cut my hair. All’s good. He’s readily available for an appointment, always on time and does a great haircut. He does what I ask and includes great details like trimming my eyebrows. Thanks Royce!

Ohski Wohski Called in on a Friday to see if they could get me in and they said yes. Went in a got a cut by a new guy which they never disclosed to me. The cut was messed up - the fade and overall cut was bad, which happens and is not a huge deal. Called in Saturday morning to see if they could fix it - they said to come in that afternoon and they would. Got there and the same inexperienced barber told me to sit down - it was not busy at all with one guy getting his hair cut and three barbers standing around. Then his "mentor" - not sure who he is (no profile on the website - but pretty sure it was that "Eazy Carlin" (lol" guy) - came over and tried to make it seem that I had not given adequate instructions to his mentee, and then he tried to gaslight and say that nothing was wrong with the cut or the fade - after already admitting that there was an uneven line as well as other issues, and after I had already called in and they had agreed to fix it. "Mentor" then refused to let the guy fix me up, and tried to gaslight more until I had to demand a refund. "Mentor" acted like a child and was super unprofessional and confrontational for some reason, and he reluctantly told his mentee to refund me (he would have had a problem if he didnt). I walked out and will never go to this place again. "Mentor" - whoever he is - is a poor excuse for a barber and is hurting the business.

Patrick Miller I have been going to the executive room for 5+ years with the owner Steve as my barber. I get the same haircut every time and he has not let me down once in all my time there. Since day one he has made me feel welcome and always caters to my haircut needs. Best barbershop in Napa easily!

Hank Hardister Comedy all the guys are amazing but I am terrible at planning so Josh is able to get me on walk ins. Josh does an killer job and makes me look as good as possible every time. definitely give Josh a chance to show you what he can do!

Dank Memes I came here the first time n they cut me alright but when they cut me the second time, they were full on drunk and drinking and messed up my hair. I don’t mean to be that dude because they cut good but drinking while cutting is going to make you lose clients. Go somewhere else if you want a consistent good looking cut.

Jill Wallace-Cooper I hadnt gone to a real salon for color in about a decade. Been filling my roots with Henna, which isnt a problem, until you want to color your hair with something different and/or add highlights, as apparently Henna in the hair does not allow for new color to be added. Shelley accepted the challenge and spearheaded it, trying and testing different applications, even though it meant an even longer night. Once she was convinced her method was safe and would work, we forged ahead. She applied at least several masks over the duration of the treatment, fully knowing and customizing what my hair needed. She was even more delighted than I was that the results were so fantastic. I cant recommend Shelley highly enough!

Carrie Fischer Kayla is absolutely amazing! A friend had referred me to her when I moved to Napa over 2 years ago, and Ive been loyal to her ever since. I get compliments on my hair constantly - especially for the color. I have long hair and regular appointments with Kayla keeps it looking healthy and up to date. I have felt that she really gets my style since the first day I sat in her chair. Her service is fantastic - I feel really taken care of. Her prices dont break the bank, and she never tries to sell me things I dont need. She is a very smart, warm, and wonderful person. Shes the best!

Andrew Healy First time here to see Adan to get my hair cut. Weve followed from his original salon in Napa, to Petaluma, and to Martinez, and now hes back in Napa. My wife is a big fan of his as she has a headful of curls and apparently hes the best that shes found for keeping them in check! Its great to have him back in Napa, and less than 10 minutes from where we live!!

Ellen Antoinette someone recommended one of the stylists in this salon. I went to her a number of times and really liked her work and then all of a sudden when it was time for my 8 week touch up, I couldnt get a hold of her. she didnt return any of my calls or texts. I called the salon to make sure she still worked there and they said she did. I was in such a pinch that I asked if I could see one of the other stylists but the woman on the phone said no because they were too busy covering someone who had gone out on maternity leave......

Sabina Want a great haircut for reasonable pricing in downtown Napa? Go to Wunder! Gina gave me the best layers. This place is in the center of downtown and has such competitive pricing compared to the other salons in the area. I totally recommend Gina for a great cut and style. Will be returning to this somewhat hidden gem!

Savannah Couldwell Gabriela does eyelash extensions inside of the boutique store and she is absolutely amazing! I had gotten my eyelashes done somewhere else in napa about a year ago but they felt so heavy and when they started to fall out i lost all my eyelashes with it and never got them filled. Gabriela did such an amazing job i was ecstatic when i got up to look in the mirror! It is so worth the money and the time ♥️

Colleen Harmon Great new location around the corner from their old. (Moved from second street to first street in 2021) Still full of great, fun, accessories and fashion forward clothing pieces. Maricela Cazares We went this past Saturday and was helped by the younger lady working (her name might be Luci) The place is clean and they were friendly to us. We came in as walk-ins, first time here. However, my mom was extremely upset with her haircut. It seems as the lady is very new and she never said that or asked her mom (the more experienced one it seemed) for help. My mom went in telling her exactly what she wanted and explaining it many times, too many to be honest. She did also ask her for her opinion of what she wanted as she believed she would know more. My mom was charged $50 for a haircut she did not ask for at all. The lady does not understand the haircuts people come in asking for.

Marie Assante Hands down, this is the best spot in Napa for a blowout. Krissy used super expensive products and the best Dyson Ive ever seen a hair stylist use and because of that my hair is still pin straight without any frizz a day and a half later!

Aixa Bernardino From my experience here, I have been coming in for every now and then but, ever since I was a little girl, Amber has always been my hairstylist and is so amazing with her work and has shown so much refreshing energy everytime I come in. She talks about so many things to books to songs to about anything that make you feel like youre really welcomed. Her dog is adorable too. Susana is amazing to, she did a haircut on me and has changed my confidence completely. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and asked if you could lighten the weight up a bit. Including not to cut too much length as I can still put my hair up anytime without too short hairs coming out, and has done a great job doing what I asked! Ive grown up with this salon and I cant thank them enough to have me and my dad here as their customers. I definitely recommend for haircuts and hair coloring as I did once, coloring a shade of red and looked flawless, credits to Susana. I even bet that any other services they provide have shown they are done well, and with effort, and with the mind of bringing ones confidence shooting too the roof.

Ginger Kelley Voodoo hair salon was incredibly awesome because I saw Krissy Myers —who is basically a hair magician! I have my hair done all over the world and Krissy was one of the most talented hairstylists I have ever encountered. My hair looked amazing and I have long, curly difficult hair to style. Krissy is a pro and the best stylist in the Napa Valley!

Z Q I drove 80 miles rd trip on a referral for Miss Amber’s haircut. I came on time. She came late. I showed her 5 pictures and answered her question about length - I requested “to the shoulders”. Multiple times her dog and a friends dog interrupted her lack of focus. So unprofessional. I was there for an afternoon because of all the interruptions and her admitted ADD issues with focus. In the end, my haircut was 2 inches above my shoulder- the back shorter than the front-left side noticeably longer than the right, and hair layers too long. When I asked her to match the right side length with left, she was offended. We proceeded to pay and she would not charge me. Surprised, I still offered to pay for her time, and she denied. First, I thought she ethically couldn’t except because it was not like my photos or description. But then she said not to return. I felt she was maybe technically good. But in the end, she destroyed my haircut. My end haircut was what she wanted, rather than what I asked for. How hard is it to get a layered bob to the shoulders? Glad I didn’t pay her $70.

Hillary Struthers Summer was amazing and my hair cut is fantastic! I have thin, wavy hair that I never know what to do with or how to style. I came in with ~6 inches too many of length, and my bangs had all grown out. I didnt know what I wanted, or what would look good (because my own taste is pretty off target)... But Summer went to work, and asked me frequently for feedback (sorry I couldnt give her more, I figured shes the expert- which proved true). She trimmed my hair to chin length, and gave it lots of texture (it looks so full now!). Then she asked what I wanted to do about my bangs (I shrugged, because Ive had them my whole life and Im kind of over them). She said it looked good without bangs, and shes right! Im on day two of the cut, and I like it even more than I did yesterday :) I will definitely come back. DO NOT RISK going to other salons in Napa- I hate to say it, but Ive lived here 6 years and had too many bad haircuts elsewhere. I will be coming back, and probably in fewer than my usual 6 months between cuts. Also, shes super nice, which is a huge plus!! Its no fun being trapped in front of a mirror by someone who looks down on you and is interrogating your hair- Summer was a total problem-solver; she seemed to like my hair much more than I do.

Skiler Padilla I can’t recommend Peter enough! I hadn’t stepped foot in a salon since 2017 due to an awful experience, but I knew I needed a professional for a big hair change. Peter completely exceeded my expectations and made me feel so so comfortable from start to finish. He’s incredibly kind, thoughtful, and personable—he really listened to my ideas, but also took the time to explain what would work best for my hair. I left the salon absolutely in love with my new look! I went for a dark red color, a cut, and help with my bangs. Peter even introduced me to flat bangs, which I didn’t even know existed, and they suit me perfectly! The whole experience was amazing, and I’m so happy I trusted Peter with my hair. If you’re looking for a stylist who truly cares about his clients and has the skill to back it up, Peter is your guy. I’ll definitely be back—thank you so much, Peter!

Suzanne Potts Jessica did such an amazing job! I’m always nervous going to a new stylist when traveling and she immediately put me at ease. She understood what I wanted and executed my vision perfectly! If I lived in the area, she’d be the only person I let touch my hair.

Carolyn McGarvey Peter styled my hair for several years (and worked many miracles) when he worked in Tucson, so I wanted to visit him at Bloom Salon when I was traveling in Napa. Peter always makes me feel incredibly comfortable and leaves me feeling beautiful every time he does my hair. I am sorry he has left his Tucson salon, but Bloom Salon is extremely lucky to have him!

Keana Daneshmand My experience here was great. I went in to dye my hair a dark red and they not only gave me exactly what I was looking for, but my hairstylist Bre was professional and so funny! I had a great time and even though I was on a major time crunch, she got me in and out as quick as she could giving me an hour to spare. They also gave me a hair treatment and the price was much cheaper than I had anticipated. Overall, ill definitely be coming back!

Justine Labbé Edited: Would easily give 0 star if that was possible. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The price is pretty high as well so you would expect the customer service to match it. They literally never replied to me when I tried to contact them through email, phone or online days before appointment. Never got any reply, I finally sent a last email in the morning of the appointment, being concerned to have heard from no one. And then, they withdrawn $200 without any service provided. When I emailed them again asking for answers, an employee finally replied saying they never received anything and half accused me of lying. Few hours after, Kyle Estudillo emailed me that they did, indeed, received my communications and then stopped replying to me. Absolutely unprofessional. Avoid this place if you willing to pay a lot of money for quality service and expect high customer service level. Because you ll not find that here. Heard poor customer experience from relatives around me since this happened to me. So I m not surprised anymore. Disappointed by the way they handled all the situation and could not even reply to me before the appointment. I was not expecting to be treated so poorly when I booked this appointment. Not a professional way to treat client from my opinion. You can definitely find better hairdresser around.

Monica Casillas Gutierrez I was fortunate enough to have met Brittany about 12 years ago. I was searching for a new stylist (after my previous one moved out of the state.) Since day one, she has been simply amazing. Professional, friendly, creative and knowledgeable, truly everything you would want in someone whos handling your precious hair. She is the absolute best colorist in town, hands down!

Susan Orenstein This salon changed my sense of what a salon can be - it has become one of my favorite places in Napa, and I always leave in a happy mood with an amazing haircut (and other things) I love. I started going because I happened to meet Erin, who embodies all its great energy -- as the boutique manager she is also your own personal hair, skin and beauty consultant, who can advise on whatever you might need. She is extremely knowledgeable, positive and easy to talk to, and her suggestions are thoughtful and on the mark. She has remembered details about my skin and hair routine, making the perfect suggestions of samples to try (which have become my new favorites). She is not just a trusted guide on what can easily feel like an overwhelming array of products, but is always so supportive and brightens your day. Erin introduced me to Brenna, an incredible stylist who has really enhanced the look of my wavy hair (both color and cut). Brenna also has a wonderful down-to-earth, easygoing vibe, mixed with her own singular expertise -- on our first consult, she gave me styling tips that transformed my look, and she has given my hair new vibrancy. I also love walking through the salon with her, picking out fun pieces of jewelry or bags to consider. The salon offers truly unique pieces at very reasonable prices -- I receive many compliments on items I have purchased there. Really, every person Ive encountered at Bella Capelli has been lovely, and I feel so comfortable walking in. Im not someone who especially liked going to salons in the past, but now I really look forward to it and have gone to some of their special events too, which have been great. I highly recommend checking it out, and saying hi to Erin and Brenna!

She has that special touch, understanding exactly what you want. Brittany has been cutting, highlighting, restoring, fluffing, and fixing my hair for years. You can rely on her. These are the kind of recommendations you seek when looking for a new salon, stylist, or skincare expert - the ones where you wish you had a trusted source. Brittany is your go-to for hair, while Erin is perfect for hair products and addressing aging skin concerns. I adore these women, as I trust them to enhance my appearance and confidence.
