5 /5 Katherine Young: Shelly Rivera is the best colorist, knows the science of healthy hair and has been a blessing in my life since I started going to her 5 years ago. She has introduced me to cutting-edge products such as Olaplex and Monat and has helped me grow my hair so long which has been my wish since I chopped it in 2003 and found out my hair grows as slow as molasses. Last year, someone I used to see fairly frequently didnt recognize me because my hair had grown so much. The salon is beautiful with professional lighting and is on Main Street in Downtown Napa. I highly recommend Shelly Rivera and The Arrangement to meet all your beauty needs and expectations.
