Unknown User Honestly worst pedicure I have ever gotten. Did not clean my toe nail properly and did a horrible job with my French tips. I am not the type to complain or leave reviews but this was awful. Very Messy work I was so disappointed. The lady is very nice and outgoing but her job was not good at all.

Sam Robinson Okay but not great. It all depends on who you get. The younger woman is the best. The man is the worst. I got a pedicure and 3 days later the polish was off of 3 nails. I also got a manicure with gel polish (in the pictures). Two nails had the polish peel off in less than a week. Gel usually last 3 weeks. This was by the man. A month ago I got the same thing from the younger woman and it was great. Thats why I went back.

Sherri Arias I only go here if I can’t get in anywhere anywhere else because it’s typically easy to get in That being said the pedicures they do are really nice, but the manicures are not My gel polish was not smooth and within a week started peeling away I’m not sure if I will go back here at all

Shantel Valadez I got my nails done 1 month ago the lady there was super nice and did my nails exactly how I wanted but the reason I’m not giving it a 5 star is because the glue didn’t really hold my nice good together but do hold a long time really recommend place

Hernan Oros Took my mom here because she wanted a pedicure, but also got her a manicure. Staff was friendly and they did a great job and made her feel relaxed and she liked the work they did and when she was feeling hot, they got her a little fan, they were very patient while she was deciding to choose a color for her feet. I got my feet done, the woman who did my feet is a champ, she took her time and took who knows how many years of callous, never felt my feet soft. I never came to this kind of place, but the prices seem fair and it was quality work. Mom was happy with it.

Darcy I went for a reference to see different nail places in Salinas, wasn’t planning on getting my nails done that day I just wanted to see some of their works and I was told to sit and they start prepping my nails for acrylics I felt pressured to stay wasn’t really comfortable. I asked for the style on the right side, the lady who helped me didn’t want to so she styled them how she wanted without my approval.

Litzi Viridiana Zepeda Terrible service I do not recommend for you to go there, all the ladies were soo rude! I had gone in to ask to remove some of my diamonds I did not want anymore and maybe if there could change the color. The lady who greeted me asked me to have a seat with one of the lady’s wearing a 49ers mask . I sat there and she refused to help me she had said she didn’t know how to do that so I then told her that was fine to just remove the diamonds but instead she started laughing with one of her coworkers. Some other customer had walked in and left me there sitting and talking on my own and basically asked me to leave because nobody could help me then some other worker there doing a pedicure she helped me take off the diamonds and I asked if she could put clear polish on top and just ignores me and walked away and they were talking back and I just walked out because they were soo rude, bad service! The fact that I was there first and decided to take someone else arriving after me there not fair there!! Not recommend please don’t go!look how they left my 4th nail looking

Amy Rocha i would put 0 stars if i could. went to get my nails done and the man who did them hurt most if not all of my fingers. i was bleeding for around 20 minutes but the man proceeded to paint my nails and drag the blood into the nail. when i pointed out that my fingers hurt and the paint job was not good he got upset and raised his voice at me saying he wasn’t going to do my nails anymore. he was being very aggressive on my nails as shown in the picture. he was also reusing old nail files and sponges. usually im not one to make reviews but just thought I’d share in case anyone planned on getting their nails done here.

Cynthia Bernal I like the pedicure every two weeks. However you have to make sure they charge you correctly. I was just in there. I was told 45$. Usually it’s 40$. I leave 5 or more for tip. I don’t understand why I’m charged 55$.00. Absolutely not letting that happen. I will call tomorrow. Please be careful when it comes to the paying part. Otherwise they are great!!!

Galindo Sam “Terp” Late one night when other salons were closing they took me in. I was amazed by the great job they did I became a repeat customer. As long as I will be in salinas I will come here. I even sent some coworkers here and they liked it as well.

Ruby Gallegos Horrible pedicure. The woman was going to use tools on me that she had used on the previous client. I told her I didnt want those. I shouldve left but I had a gift card. My gel pedi lasted 4 days because the nail polish was applied horribly. The gel was on my skin and didnt cover the nail completely. Not the most hygienic place. They reuse the same packets of lotion on multiple people. My daughter received a very mediocre pedi. First and last time going to this establishment.

Shannan Padilla I had such a bad experience here today at LG nails. I have been coming here for over 12 years and never had a problem until today . The lady that works at the first seat to the left as you walk in was one of the worst nail techs I have ever experienced. She was so rude and not capable of doing a good job I asked if another nail tech could take over and help fix her mistake but they said they were to busy. I allowed her to continue to finish my nails .She hurt me and scratched me three times I told her and was very upset at this point . She couldnt seem to figure out how to do the correct shape to my nails it was just awful. They then tried to over charge me at the end .I spoke with the manager who was extremely rude . A customer walked in to get her nails done witness how rude they were treating me looked at my nails and said she wouldnt be getting her nails done there and walked out with me . I believe that was instant karma to them and I really appreciate that lady for having my back ❤️ I will make sure to never give them my business as long as my family and friends who have also been going for years . Learn how to do nails and treat your customers or do t work there !!

Jackie DeSmet Always a great job & well done and a friendly clean environment. Yen is my favorite nail tech. Always straight, smooth, not thick, and shaped the way I like. Yen also does a lot of artsy, sparkly & fun nails. I have never been cut or handled roughly. Yen also does my pedicures. Heavenly!!! I get the most expensive pedicure with the hot stone massage and parabin wax tratment. I get my hair cut colored and highlighted (weaved with foil) by Cindy. Cindyis really a talented cosmetologist and I am super picky!!! Cindy is intuitive with me. Always understands what I am wanting to have done. Her hair prices are super reasonable for the quality stylist she has become and for this area $$$$. I have been going here for 3 years. I love this shop.

Samantha Samaniego DO NOT COME HERE i got a gel pedicure and the very next day I randomly notice 4 toes are bald no gel polish it lifted off so easily I didn’t even feel or notice it happening. I go the next day and ask to get it fixed but manager was extremely rude, didn’t believe I had gotten my pedicure there until I showed her the transaction and even then she was very passive aggressive and seemed upset she had to fix it. She fixed it on the 7th, then yesterday I notice 3 toes are completely bald again, no gel polish sitting on them at all. What a waste of 60 dollars seriously never come here.

Frank Baca Went to have a pedi/mani with my daughter. We were sat at the pedicure chairs with only two employees working and the owner. After 20 minutes, the owner took the polish off one of my feet. Two customers came in and said they had appts, but the owner said they were over an hour late. So, she told me and my daughter to come back. When I told her that we could not come back, she said that she had to take the 2 appts that came late. So I took my feet out of the water and left with one foot unpolished, and my daughter was completely ignored. Seems unprofessional and we are regular customers who were treated unfairly.

Veronica Collado This past weekend was the worst experience ever at BC Nails. My sister and I walked in for pedicures and manicures with gel. The man there was very rude to begin with. Was poking my sisters toenail. When he got to her fingernails, he was even more rude, laughing at the color of her nail polish. My sister asked him if he liked her polish and he gave her a look and laughed and said no.. The lady that was attending me had no idea what she was even doing. I had tips on my fingernails and I just wanted gel polish over then. She ended up melting off my tips. She cut me, I think about 45 minutes later she was not even close to finishing and I had to tell my to charge and I was done. The man was yelling at my sister because he felt the need to charge me for a take off when the manicurist melted my tips off. I paid and left no tip because he was very rude and I was bleeding.. Very unprofessional business..

Rachel Gruenewald-Overman Ive come here for years and always been happy with my experience, but this last time I got an infection on my toe. It was a skin infection, not a nail infection. I had to do 2 rounds of antibiotics and when that didnt work I had to have half of the nail removed. Its been over a month and its still healing. Im not sure what happened this time that was different than the other times Ive been, but I dont think Ill be coming here again.

At the end of my first appointment, I couldn’t wait to come back for my next set. I get a fill and pedicure every time and these ladies are SO thorough, attentive, and kind. I am so relaxed in the environment they create, and always greeted with a warm welcome!! Thank you so much for making my day and taking my insane nail requests. I get so many compliments!!

I also appreciate that she gives an honest timeframe. She will say come back in 10 minutes or half an hour.. etc.. and she is good on her word. Today was another great visit

Layla L M First time coming into ProTop ll Nails. Customer service is excellence at its best. My nail tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and took time on my nails. Their technique sets the bar high in nail care standards. I’m from NY and this was one of the best experiences I ever had. If you want your nails coming out jaw-dropping, stop by here. You won’t be disappointed.

Amadis Quintero Awful! I called to say I was going to be 10 minutes late for my appointment. I made it just in time. I walk in and Linda is with somebody doing a pedicure which is understandable (I was late). About 20-30 min later Linda starts on my nails. As linda puts the tips on me this lady that Tom (Linda’s husband) starts working on says she has an appointment with Linda which wasn’t on her appointment book but to not upset the lady. Linda then says “you wait I do for you”. I am a good, understanding person say “sure, okay”. I then notice the lady wanted a full set of acrylic. Again other 30-40 minutes for me to wait. My daughter wanted a REGULAR GEL COLOR WITH HEARTS. As Linda is doing my nails my daughter comes to me to say her hearts don’t look right. Linda hears my daughter and says “I will fix for you don’t worry”. I thought Linda would fix it from scratch but no! She just made them look worse!! I also asked how much my nails would be “I don’t know until we finish because it takes time”. So finally after being there from 11:40-3:00 it’s time to pay. I then head to the bathroom when I am walking out Linda says it’s $15 dollars more because the other lady did a manicure on my daughter and she didn’t know. I said “I didn’t know either because I didn’t ask for that. I asked for gel color. Linda says “your daughter needed it”. I said but I didn’t ask for it. Linda says “so it’s $15 dollars more okay”. I stay quiet thinking do I go off on her for so many reasons or stay calm and let Karma handle Linda. So, I paid and left. Before asking me about the $15 extra for my daughter. I gave her a $10 tip because I liked the DESIGN only the design on my nails but as I looked my nails are way to thick and lumpy! I felt cheated and robbed! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. I paid $25 for my 7 year olds gel color and some messed up hearts!! For mine $75 + 10 for a tip I shouldn’t have given Linda. That’s because I am a good person. Karma’s a b****!!

Mayra Macias I walked in on a Friday morning without an appointment and Linda greeted me and asked what I needed and immediately took me in. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she gave me just that. Its my 2nd time coming to this place but I will definitely be a returning customer! Linda and Tom are both lovely people that take pride in their work.

Jada Warren - Evans Don’t usually leave reviews but I am very disappointed with this service. I got a gel pedicure about three days ago here and already the polish is disappearing entirely and cracking / lifting. During my appointment I had to remind my technician (an older gentleman) that he didn’t turn on the curing light or that he forgot to apply a top coat to my nails and the pedicure process (for a classic, basic pedicure) took a total of 2 and a half hours. I was hoping that given the time it took the nails to be completed they’d be acceptable but I’m frustrated that I have to pay to get another pedicure somewhere else so soon :(

Rosie Ochoa Went to this nail shop, for the first time 2 days ago based on the high reviews, to get a fill. Not sure if the nail tech was having an off day but the work was sloppy for the price. Polish under my nails, some not not fully covered with polish and powder bumps here and there . Nail polish started higher on some nails . They said wait time would be 5 min. Waited 15-20. They are nice people.

madilynn brown Absolutely amazing with definitely be coming back as a regular, they did amazing in my nails and when I visited I was unfortunate and didn’t have someone to watch my 9 month for me so as I struggled to get her calm and get my set done they offered to help and distracted and played with her which was so over beyond amazing and incredible can’t thank them enough. The photos don’t give mouth justice.

Athena Vo Professional service! I came here several times on my own. This cozy place brings me good feelings with Thai massage when you feel like all your muscles and joints are stretched out and relaxed. Never done it before in my life. An amazing experience!!! A person practicing self-love like me will definitely try out self-care services here. Two big pluses, staffs are friendly and the price is very affordable. Cant wait to come back.

Lynn Riddick Had a great massage that I started at 30 minutes and added another half hour. I was able to get the knots in my body worked on and was very comfortable. Professional work by the therapist. Clean environment

Magpayo Joanna (Jam) Finally!!! A nail place I like. Katie was very careful and gentle with my pedicure and Kim did great with my nails finally got the shape I like and removed my cuticles without cutting me. This is a great place for nails. Never going anywhere else.

Madison Herrera My favorite place to get nails done! My nails always come out so good and the designs & shape are always so perfect. Kim is my personal favorite for designs and shape but all of the girls that have done my pedicures were good too.

Andrea Campanile I love this salon! Every time I go in I get treated very well. The staff is super friendly. Kelly and David and so sweet! Swan and David did my nails today (the ombre), but Kelly has done them before as well (the pink and black set). Every time I come out super satisfied. The location is very convenient for me and theyre always available for walk in.

Amanda Vo I just came here last week to get my nails done for an upcoming date later that day and my nails came out great! I highly recommend David for acrylic nails as he does a very nice job with shaping them. Also got my eyebrows waxed too and they came out very clean and even. My nails are still intact and the paint job is as clean as ever. Got a new regular client!

Letricia Rogers I have been going there for years and I love the service. I have never been disappointed. David, Kelly and the entire staff has always provided me with outstanding service. David can do any design you want on your nail. Sometimes it’s best to let him work his magic. Try them , you just might like them.
