MS McDonald My business with Maria Elena took two weeks, cost me cash, and still no registration. I am disappointed to say the least. Maria Elena stated she was very busy, had lots of other clients, and offered little explanation as to why she could not process my paperwork. I believe she must operate her business to some success, for some people, just not for me. I never thought I’d say this but I long for the DMV to reopen (i.e., Covid). I will not proceed with my transaction through her service as she said it will cost me more money and will, must at this point, take the loss and find another way.
