Farmers Insurance - Melanie Graham - Atascadero Fredrick D.: Had 3 cars and house insured.... they cancelled the cars without my knowledge.... staff are very rude , angry and miserable at all time. Sold my house recently, wanted to double check on the cancellation, Oh boy ... this bimbo / $20 an hour receptions (take home $15.78 ) was off the roof and rude.... I emailed Melanie, as if I owe them an apology ... wow these people are very unprofessional and acting like how they act at home !!!!!
