1 /5 Fredrick D.: Had 3 cars and house insured.... they cancelled the cars without my knowledge.... staff are very rude , angry and miserable at all time. Sold my house recently, wanted to double check on the cancellation, Oh boy ... this bimbo / $20 an hour receptions (take home $15.78 ) was off the roof and rude.... I emailed Melanie, as if I owe them an apology ... wow these people are very unprofessional and acting like how they act at home !!!!!

Jodys communication has been very straightforward and clear, and she has consistently responded to my questions promptly. I have been very pleased with the level of service I have received. And, best of all, she was able to find reasonable insurance for my mom.

1 /5 Shirl Smith: Farmers just canceled my homeowners insurance after 27 years because we have 5 acres. We have all our cars insured by them also. We sent pictures, new roof, acreage is always cut back etc, never any claims on the home either. We are punished for fires else where.
