Eric Y I wanted to give a big shout out and thank you to Walter Li and his buddy Edward. I made a stop on highway 1 to check out the scenery and then I made an idiot move and locked my phone and my car key inside my car. With no ways to reach out to get help through digital means I had to flag down random drivers down for help. Walter and his buddy Edward stopped by to help right away and I was extremely lucky that they did. The sun was setting and it was getting very cold and dark so I was in a very concerning situation. Walter and Edward are very well versed in car work. They made a stop to pick up some tools and went back to work on my car. They were working on my car for 2 hours in the cold and they were able to get me back in my car! At this day and age, stopping by to help a stranger is not as common of an occurrence any more. Who knows how long I would have been waiting for help if they didnt stop by? I REALLY appreciated their help, they definitely saved my butt that day. They are both modern day heroes. Thank you both!

Tony Tran I’ve been with Wayne for many years now and I do not usually write reviews but I totally believe that everyone should know what kinda of person he is and the customer his service is unmatched. Both my company and personal vehicles is insured by Wayne. A few years back I purchased another company car while on vacation and out of state because it was a good deal. I did not have any information with me and they required me to insure the car before I drive it off the lot. I called Wayne for help on a Saturday afternoon and remember him telling me, don’t worry about it I got this and let me talk the the sales person. Next thing I know the sales person came back to me and said we are all good go to. That’s the kind of person Wayne is folks.

Needed an office insurance ASAP as we were moving to a new business location and my insurance company was not able to transfer our policy even thought the new and old offices were in the same building. I contacted Robert and Amy and they assisted us to get the a new policy on time. They even coordinated with the building management throughout the process and showed proof we were in compliance with the insurance requirements and able to move in. Highly recommended insurance agency.

Hannah Shahriyari We came here for an international driver permit after calling ahead and being told the process would take only five minutes. When we arrived, we paid and took our photos, but their printer wasn’t working. Instead of making us a priority, we were told we had to wait because the person who could process refunds was on break. It took far too long just to get our money back, and we then had to go to another location and repeat the entire process from the start. Very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this location.
