SyL I purchased a set sterling silver bangles from Linda recently and other jade items. I’ve been wearing it since and I noticed a the color is rubbing off to a pink or copper color. She charged $25 per bangle, I grabbed 7, total $175 for FAKE silver. Each one has a Chinese stamp on it and I’m thinking it legit. It’s sad I drove all that way for FAKE jewelry. DISAPPOINTED. Update: Thank you Linda for your suggestion. Yes I can come back to settle the exchange/refund. I don’t know when but soon, I live about 2 hrs away so I hope that you won’t give me a hard time. Let’s make this right. Thank you.

They were honest and quick in evaluating the material and cost to resize and even told me which rings couldn’t be resized because of various issues or design features. Took a week to resize two gold and one sterling silver ring, and they were thoroughly cleaned too! Really happy with their service.

Heather Rossi I had the best experience at Lang! Natalia very quickly zeroed in on my preferences, then patiently helped me try on virtually every ring in the store that fit my style. She was so knowledgable about rings, explaining what made each one special and what best fit my hand. She provided several tips about how to best judge the look--for example, trying it on herself and moving away from me, having me look in mirrors at various distances, taking pictures from all angles. She was patient and professional, but also super friendly and personable, and seemed genuinely thrilled to be helping us. I would go back to Lang and to Natalia a million times--and in fact, three other jewelers I visited when shopping for my ring told me that Lang is the best outside of New York.

Waylon Themer After 6 weeks of wear, my wife’s rings are misshapen, scarred, etc. Brilliant Earth does not stand by their warranty. These rings were an “upgrade” to my wife’s existing rings after 15 years of marriage. She wore her original engagement and wedding rings for 15 years with no issues. 6 weeks with these rings and they look like they’ve had 60 years of wear. Customer service said the rings were damaged and they could repair it. The wedding band was repaired free of charge but they said the engagement ring was beyond repair and they would give us a “generous” 50% metal credit toward the cost of a new one. Total joke. Obvious manufacturer defect.

Theresa Kaatz I have bought several things from them years ago. Charles was wonderful and at one time was able to make another earring to match a golden loop earring. I went in a month ago to get some silver pieces cleaned. I have a nice pair of 25 year old Silver Turquoise earrings but with a post. He was able to take off the post and make a nice loop so I could wear them with different ways. I love them and happy I can wear them again. Everything, was perfect as always and especially their Customer Service with everyone there. Thank you.

Alfredo Rocha Luis from Lonora Gold, is a kind and professional owner. I will now be coming here for any jewelry / watch repairs or cleaning. He is the 3rd owner of this shop and has been servicing the area for over 30 years now! The shop itself is likely over 100 years old. I took in a ring to get repaired because one of the side stones had fallen out. He has a great eye for detail and was able to attach the stone and reinforce it a long with the other side stone. I couldnt be happier with the repair. Turn around time: 5/5 (repair took about 2 hours) Pricing: 5/5 Professionalism: 5/5
