  • Rebecca Overmann Jewelry - San Francisco
Jeremy Welborn: Im so glad I found Rebecca Overmann. My fiance and I worked with Lauren who helped us develop our taste for engagement rings and design one. She was a great and very patient guide. The ring came out amazingly and the whole process felt much more personal than some other jewelers wed browsed.
    D&H Jewelers - San Francisco
Tristan Lombard: I went to 6 places before another jeweler recommended D&H to me. I cannot say enough great things about the process. From listening to my concept idea to adding a few creative recommendations of their own, this was the perfect experience for getting unique platinum engagement bands. I am so grateful for you all and just love these little works for art. Also, he said yes! Thank you all so much and forever grateful.
The Art of Jewels - San Francisco
Carpenter Daniels Christy: What can I say! He did AMAZING getting my anniversary ring from this amazing store! Amazing experience. Lots of apprehension spending this amount of money on an online purchase. I was about to buy from rare carats and learned more about the clarity scale and the sparkle is so that matters to me! This did not disappoint! Dont hesitate. I watched over days as it was made for me then shipped two day! AMAZING!
    Mejuri - San Francisco
Sumeet Singh: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I had the worst experience here! Only buy from them if you’re absolutely sure you won’t need to ever return or exchange items later. They will give you different information when you buy and different when you go for help later. We bought some jewelry and later when we approached them for exchange or return their tone changed. They gave us silly reasons on why they wouldn’t exchange or return our item. They made us feel like fools, specially their manager. Very rude!!!
    GKrown Jewelers - San Francisco
Avishai Zagoury: Very nice and kind people. Doing all kind of watch and jewelry repair. They moved to a new place just one door to the right (233 Post St.), on the second floor (201)
Carats & Stones - San Francisco
Bennett Hauser: I worked with Linda and the Carats & Stones team for our engagement ring, and simply cannot say enough great things about my experience. I explored every option out there: from high end luxury retailers, to online players, to wholesalers at the diamond exchange. Carats & Stones offered the elegance of high end retail without the brand markup, the uniqueness of a boutique, and the customization of endless options; they could access any stone I could find online -- and then some! -- for us to *actually see in person* before purchasing. We did a yellow diamond, which was a bit more challenging. Linda and her team were patient, knowledgeable, meticulous, discerning, and budget conscious. I wanted to be very hands on during the process, and they not only embraced that, but guided and educated me along the way. When you spend a lot on something, you want to walk away feeling like you selected the right path; I am certain that I did by going with Carats & Stones. My fiancée and I are thrilled with the result, love that its unique to us, and enjoy popping in to the charming boutique to see their other beautiful creations whenever we can.
    Brilliant Earth - San Francisco
    Brilliant Earth
Waylon Themer: After 6 weeks of wear, my wife’s rings are misshapen, scarred, etc. Brilliant Earth does not stand by their warranty. These rings were an “upgrade” to my wife’s existing rings after 15 years of marriage. She wore her original engagement and wedding rings for 15 years with no issues. 6 weeks with these rings and they look like they’ve had 60 years of wear. Customer service said the rings were damaged and they could repair it. The wedding band was repaired free of charge but they said the engagement ring was beyond repair and they would give us a “generous” 50% metal credit toward the cost of a new one. Total joke. Obvious manufacturer defect.
    Trabert Goldsmiths - San Francisco
Keith Hamilton: I had a fantastic experience at Trabert Goldsmiths! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about their craft. They took the time to help me find the perfect piece, and their custom designs are absolutely stunning. You can tell they really care about quality and customer satisfaction. Whether youre looking for something timeless or unique, this is the jewelry shop to visit in the area. Highly recommend!
Union Street Jewelers - San Francisco
Monica Gomez: Resized my engagement ring beautifully! $200, quick, friendly service!
French Jewelry, Inc. - San Francisco
Emma O Gorman: I had a fantastic experience with Serge! He made, resized, and polished my engagement ring, and it looks stunning. His attention to detail and craftsmanship are truly impressive. He was super helpful throughout the whole process, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and ensuring the ring fit perfectly. The polishing made it shine like new, and I couldnt be happier with how it turned out! If youre looking for someone who really cares about their work, I highly recommend his services!
