1 /5 SyL: I purchased a set sterling silver bangles from Linda recently and other jade items. I’ve been wearing it since and I noticed a the color is rubbing off to a pink or copper color. She charged $25 per bangle, I grabbed 7, total $175 for FAKE silver. Each one has a Chinese stamp on it and I’m thinking it legit. It’s sad I drove all that way for FAKE jewelry. DISAPPOINTED. Update: Thank you Linda for your suggestion. Yes I can come back to settle the exchange/refund. I don’t know when but soon, I live about 2 hrs away so I hope that you won’t give me a hard time. Let’s make this right. Thank you.

5 /5 Anna Do: I just got a new jade ring last week. I went there on weekend so I had to wait for 20-25 minutes because she would help her customers one-by-one. Totally, she is very patient and show me how professional she is through the knowledge of jade. I will be back in the future definitely.

She helped me find a quality jade that fit within my budget and was super informative. I have never been met with such amazing and personalized service buying jewelry. Everyone in my group was blown away by our experience there. Definitely paying her a second visit the next time I’m in SF!
