Bryon Thornton Not worth the time of day. The front desk was helpful and sweet, his assistant Chris was steller but Brad should go back to selling houses because being a good lawyer isnt his cup of tea. Google him and read his peer reviews by other folks who are in his wheelhouse, this should tell you to run away! I wish i did a bit more research on him. My advice is breath and don’t jump to anyone , especially Brad, take a day to research online. Look at their peer reviews, (brad is a 3 out of five) their degree ( cant seem to figure out where he got his) if it was a steller university then he would boast , brad likes to boast. Ignore puff articles from the local mountian democrat. Research research it will save you in the end. Wish i did!

Rockin Rob I would highly recommend against hiring this Attorney. Many, many errors in my case. Errors that you wouldnt believe, from grammatical to downright unethical. Mr. Junker did not deliver any way, shape or form on the promises that he made. Do not trust this firm.

Bella David Cramer is an amazing attorney. Probably the best criminal defense attorney in all of El Dorado County, if not Northern California. He represents every client to the fullest even when hes appointed. Hes won appeals. He files motions that most attorneys wouldnt bother with because its the right thing for the case. Im blessed to have met him. Any attorney can handle a DUI but if youre in need of an attorney who cares about justice, knows the law and isnt afraid to handle complex issues and represent their client tirelessly, he is the one to call.

Sarai Lyon Where do I even begin.... If your Ex hired a lawyer in El Dorado county with a name that rhythms with "Smessa Layer" DO NOT HIRED THEM. I honestly think they work together going back and forth just to rake up their clients bills. Not to mention, if they go to court for you, they charge each client for the court hearing an hourly fee only to give you 10 min of their time. I hired Luke to finish up my divorce once my exs lawyer decided to ask for my retirement information. At this point, I was 85% done with my divorce. I had filed papers on my own, requested a settlement date, applied for spousal support, etc (payed all of that out of pocket). I had even come to an agreement with my ex. Things had transpired between us and the agreement was no longer a go so I called Luke with the expectations of his solely getting me a divorce, I.e, write up an agreement stating that my ex keeps his things and I keep mine (which would have worked for both parties). Originally I was quoted $7500 as a retained and was told verbatim by Luke "we usually do $10000 for a retainer, but since you are almost done, $7500 should be more than enough". Halfway through I had to pay $3500 more and they ended up charging me close to $1000 over that on my final bill. For a simple settle agreement that I was forced to go to court for. I set them up with one need- a settlement agreement and it took months and thousands of dollars to get it.
