Samantha Hernandez: John Hughes is awesome! I never had to worry he always had everything under control he bills fairly. Most of our communication (very little was needed) went through Nancy. I felt very taken advantage by a previous law firm but Mr Hughes took great care of my case and made it so stress free. Thank you John Hughes!

K C: I would never recommend this attorney. He misrepresented me in my family case relating to my divorce and a premarital agreement. I am originally from another country and spoke very limited English at the time. I was already married in my home country before coming to the U.S. in 2004-5. Within days of arriving, my spouse forced me to sign a premarital agreement (PMA). I had no understanding of what a prenup was, and I was naive and crying during the signing process. David Morris was hired by my ex-husband — I never retained him, never met him beforehand, and never had a written or verbal contract with him. Despite this, he read the agreement to me superficially and took my signature while I was under duress. He never explained how the PMA worked, never advised me of my rights, and never warned me of the consequences. As a result, I signed away alimony, money, and other protections in case of divorce. Years later, during my divorce proceedings, I approached David Morris. Instead of helping, he threatened me not to contact him. His office also made threatening calls. When he was later deposed in my case, he lied under oath. He falsely claimed that he had advised me not to sign the prenup and that I spoke good English. Because of his misrepresentations, I lost spousal support and millions of dollars. He further stated that his office records had been destroyed in a fire, including my supposed retainer agreement — which I never signed in the first place. The judge issued him a warning for this but could not suspend him due to statute of limitations. At the end of the day, David Morris protected his license instead of the truth. I lost my case because of him. He is dishonest and untrustworthy. I strongly advise against hiring him.

A MP: Clark has been the trust attorney for us personally for my family and for a great number of clients which we have referred to him. I have only had very positive responses from my clients in regards to their experience with Clark. I only refer my clients to other professionals whom I have a great amount of respect and trust and I will continue to utilize Clark within my small circle of trusted professionals.

Casey Monk: First of all….. Taxes suck and I wish I could decide where my taxes go. That being said 23’ was my first year as a self employed American. I didn’t know where or how to start with my taxes and I was dreading doing them myself. I stumbled across Packey Law. Matt helped me and took all my worries about doing my own taxes away. He was very patient and helped me step by step on what I needed to do and what I needed to get. I appreciate the help Packey Law gave me! And thank you Uncle Sam.
Weiner Law Offices - El Dorado Hills
Dc: I chose the wrong attorney. Adam and Davia smiled, took my money and after 3 years of gaslighting and stringing me along, abandoned me before trial. On top of that, they gave the Prosecutor advance warning of Adams defense strategy and I was found guilty of misdemeanor statutory infractions. But its ok, someone, somewhere says SLTPD was justified for breaking my pelvis and tearing my arm out of socket because I went to my prescheduled Doctors appointment at Barton and questioned facemask policy during covid pandemonium. How can I be misdemeanor trespassing if I had an appointment to be where I was? and How can I misdemeanor obstruct when I tell the officers Id comply with them before they attacked me?
