1 /5 Michael Lina: My wife had purchased a pair of sandals/shoes a couple of days ago for a wedding we were attending, as we were walking from the car to the wedding place the strap broke. Fast forward to today, my wife tried to return the item with the snapped strap and was denied by some incompetent employees of the store. Now, granted that the receipt may have fallen off of the bag and needless to say we didn’t have the receipt, the employees could have tried to resolve the issue by being emphatic to the fact that the product they sold was defective and not of quality standard. Instead, the girl helping her at the counter said that they will only give my wife an hour to find the receipt but even then they don’t know if they would accept the return because the item is damaged. I don’t know about your company policy but anyone with half a brain would realize that what the employee said doesn’t make sense. It takes a lot for me post a review about a business but this Windsor at the Promenade Mall in Temecula takes the cake! This is not about the money it’s about the competency and common sense of your employees. This location doesn’t even deserve a damn star!
