1 /5 Ana Martinez: Horrible experience they ripped my skirt taking the off the security tag and when i told them about it they looked at me saying well there’s nothing we can do and we don’t take returns even though they clearly ripped it in my face a second before. They need better customer service.

1 /5 Mae Krause: Worst customer service from the old asian lady in the fitting rooms !!!!! I was IN SHOCK. Super super rude and impatient. My sister and I were trying stuff on two hours before closing And Not only did no one say hi or help us, but they were all giving us dirty. Looks the whole time . No one gave us a warning that they were closing, even if that was true, but the mall didn’t close until eight and we got there at six . and then the B Asian lady even blocked us in the fitting room and didn’t move the thing when we were walking out she was just in her world and she kept sweeping dust by me while I was waiting for my sister while I was holding her stuff so she could try something on . She even tried to tell my sister that they were closed when they weren’t and she was super rude when we put the clothes On the rack , She literally shook her head at me and started throwing the clothes on the ground because she was upset . And then when we were ready to check out, we were waiting in line for 15 minutes When all of the workers were just pretending, they didn’t notice us when we clearly saw them all staring at us and they Were just laughing while fixing clothes.

1 /5 Kay: DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Dressing rooms are closed, if you think something might fit do not take the gamble and buy it because they DO NOT EXCHANGE!!!! Even when the receipt says 14 days they claim certain items on the bottom but they apply to all items in the store. Misleading and dishonest. Rip off store.
