1 /5 Erik Garcia: Its was the day after Christmas and I had an Amazon return. My sister and I were there at 9:06am. We were waiting to be called on and a associate asked us why were we waiting when to be called on when she was still bagging a item from the previous customer. She also mentioned that unfortunately she was just trying to power through the day. Its a day after Christmas so I didnt say anything yet. After no greeting or good morning and her comment about her working that morning she scanned my items and dropped my return receipt on the counter. She didnt say one word after that. It was the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Again it was the day after Christmas I was frustrated at the end of her dropping the ticket but I wish I looked at her name. I hope management sees this and on camera as I explained it and do something about it. Honestly I didnt want to let it effect my day because we had a fun day planned.
