1 /5 Oside mom: I had a very frustrating and disappointed experience at this store. Their floor manager Alex was dismissive, inflexible, and unhelpful. He asked me to call headquarters because he refused to honor a discount of an item that was in the correct rack, with a sign clearly stating that the item should qualify and final sale. The number for “headquarters” he gave me was incorrect, he had me call the flagship store in another state. This whole experience has been beyond ridiculous and irritating when all i needed was to purchase two last items in the final sale rack. Any other manager would had honored it, specially since Nordstrom policy is all about good customer service and the experince. Also, some departments lacked organization. The cashiers i spoke to was not educated on the current sales. Hot mess! I will not return to store. It is not worth it.
