T.J. Maxx - Palm Springs (CA)

4 /5 Mark Pitts: We like this TJ Maxx location in Palm Springs. It is a fairly large store with a good selection of merchandise. It is kept fairly well organized and clean, so it’s always a pleasant shopping experience. Occasionally, we find amazing deals here on name brand merchandise, especially clothing and kitchen stuff, but you might find something very unexpected and inexpensive, if you shop here often enough. There is plenty of free parking.

1 /5 B D: Did anybody else know that you only have 30 days to do returns at TJ Maxx and that they dont have signs posted prominently? Also I returned the item with a receipt 30 days after I bought it the manager said it was the 31st day. Whether Im right or shes right for the sake of customer experience I think she should have given me to refund. They wonder why people are turning away from store shopping.

1 /5 ANGELA F: This was one of the worst TJ Maxx stores I have ever been into. There was an older lady who was so rude, she made the experience horrible. At one point she was whispering with the manager, laughing, making fun of customers. I will never return to this location.

5 /5 Tony Brimer: What a beautiful, clean, organized store. Everyone that i came in contact, was pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. Most discount stores are always a mess, unorganized, unfriendly. I felt this place was like going in a high end department store.

1 /5 Bianca M: I will not be returning to this location. My shopping experience felt very uncomfortable. Seemed like I was being watched as I shopped by employees . Also the cashier was talking with other employee as she was ringing me up and didn’t offer to wrap my breakable items I had to ask her.
