5 /5 F S: I’ve been shopping at the location in Walnut Creek and they have horrible service. I decided to go to the location at Sunvalley mall the other day and the store manager was very helpful. 5 stars for the store manager!! She has really good customer service and knows what she’s doing. Thank you for a great experience at your location. Will definitely be back to get my kids more clothes.

1 /5 Magda Jimenez: The workers are honestly great and I feel bad that they have a horrible manager. Two days ago she told me I would be able to do my return for store credit and today that I went in to make it, she said I could only do the exchange for the same item but different size. Why waste my time ? This is why I only like shopping at the Walnut Creek location. Do not recommend.
