1 /5 David Hernandez: Customer service is horrible. I ordered placed an order for embroidered hat. Two week later the order was wrong. The staff behaved as it was my fault. I showed them their order form and pointed out their mistake. They still behaved as if it was my mistake. Two weeks later I am still waiting and they have no plan or desire to correct the issue. If you are not obligated to go through them spend your money elsewhere.

Not only did they have a large selection, their customer service was on point. I purchased a pair of tactical pants. After trying them on, they even offered to hem them right there! Couldnt be happier. I would definitely recommend Concord Uniforms to anyone whos EMS, first responder, or police. Thanks!

5 /5 rockstar1337: I have ordered recruit uniforms and class-A uniforms so far from here. They have always been a delight to work with, cooperative and patient. Easy going staff takes the time to inform you of what they are doing, weather its alterations or anything else. Even when I wasnt sure what I needed, because of the extensive knowledge and relationships with local agencies, they provided me with exactly what was was expected by my department. Thank you guys! Update: Ordered the patrol uniforms from here now, too. I had another delightful experience. The attendant was thoughtful and thorough.
