5 /5 Jessica Perez: I was attempting to order for a Halloween party but unfortunately I misread the day of my event and would not receive the costume in time, at no fault to The Costume Box since I was ordering from the US. As heart broken as I was, I would not be able to wear the adorable costume I ordered, Kim helped me cancel my order and send me a refund. She was extremely kind and helpful and even attempted to get the customer to me sooner. I really appreciate all her help and understanding. It is nice to find a business that not only offers quality items but provides extremely efficient and kind customer service! I will be back, and this time make sure I plan according!
