1 /5 Lori Deal: Went to this shop today with a lady I help. We were excited that she might find some clothe to wear. She loves to shop. Unfortunately, we will not be back. I had my customer with me and she’s in a wheelchair. The place is not wheelchair accessible, which is really not OK. Managed to make it just pass the front desk. The person working there was busy talking to someone. I couldn’t tell you if they have clothes and such because every isle is narrow and crowded. There is no way to push a wheelchair around to shop. My customer loves to shop for clothes. She cannot walk. I could tell she was disappointed. I was disappointed also. At least they could have racks that were on r
wheels that you could gently move out of the way a bit to get down an aisle. when we got in my car, she said you know it’s illegal for them not to have a wheelchair accessible store. I said I know it is. She said I’m not going to report them. I would in a heartbeat because it’s not right that she did not have access. Neither of us could shop there. The owner should be aware of the law. It’s not my call to file a complaint because my customer is not filing one. I can however leave a review. I can’t tell you how the shop is because it’s not accessible to people with disabilities that might want to shop there. Not even someone on crutches or a cane could safely navigate that store. I’m hoping that will change.
