2 /5 Chris Zzz: The store is ALWAYS understaffed. That is the fault of the management and their regional managers. As a result, its always a mess. Come on, Ross, its worse than a thrift store. Having worked retail in the past, I know this is very much below standards. Target gets very busy, too, but somehow manages to stay neat and tidy. Ross sells secondary market clothes - the stuff that is out of season and/or did not sell last year. Its the Grocery Outlet of clothes and home goods.

1 /5 Karina Zamora: The Manager that works the night shift, today specifically is absolutely ridiculous. I understand there is a lot of theft but why she would insinuate that I would use my kids as a pawn or that my teenage boys would be stealing all because they walked outside with my husband when the CASHIER handed them the bag is beyond me. I was clearly with the cashier and in the middle of paying. Do better. I promise you don’t get paid enough to act STUPID with PAYING customers. The same customers that contribute to your paycheck.

1 /5 Michelle shipman: Very disappointed in a store that sells furniture but refuses to help a customer to their vachie and help them load it up. How are certian people suppose to even purchase these products if they do not have staff on hand to help out or proper shopping carts to even get it out of the store. I was there early. They had 1 costumer that had just left and 4 employees, so there was no reason to not help.

4 /5 T Tran: Ross is one of the few places that actually practice and enforce social distancing, but the store had a lot of empty shelves and racks. It seemed like people just came and grabbed whatever they could and left. The dressing rooms were closed, and so you have to try the clothes on at home and bring back the unwanted items to the store for exchange or refund. The cashiers were friendly and respectful to customers needs. I would definitely come back to this location.
