1 /5 Ventus Foster: Please, if you have a service dog that you value the safety of, avoid this store like the plague. My girl was almost attacked, the staff did absolutely nothing! These dogs continued their barking, lunging and growling, even in front of staff, until they allowed the lady to pay and leave. They then proceeded to give us an access issue right after. These are the most rude, inconsiderate staff Ive ever interacted with. Horrible experience, please do not give this place your money, and please do call corporate and request their staff receive the training needed.

3 /5 Jenn Parnell: Seemed to be more security staff walking around than the amount of customers. The greeter was nice, however the rest of the store not very inviting. Not much on the racks for sale either. So if you need little kids shoes, or mens shirts and/or swim trunks, not the store for you. They did have a lot of womens sleepwear to choose from. Also a vast selection of nice water bottles up front near the register. The store was probably the cleanest Ross Ive ever been to.

2 /5 O R: Definitely odd to have a loss prevention staff standing right in front of you when you own the door to enter. Interesting welcome committee being that he did not even say a simple hello. Gives you the feeling that its not a safe place. There was few people in the store yet no one knew where to wait for assistance, the whole time 3 staff just walking around being no help. Also funny thing is that carts are at the entrance with a sign telling you how they care about your health and wipe down carts after every use. However while in line i notice 3 carts being returned and the loss prevention guy putting them back in for use while never even sanitizing. No coaching supplies. NOTHING. Lady behind the register range me up and never said hi, bye or thank you. Its Ross. Only go here if needed. Shelves and racks were mostly empty. Parking was good. Huge lot.

1 /5 Starr Chisholm: I had a horrible experience at the store I am an avid shopper some might say that Im a shopaholic which I probably am but its like therapy for me so I shop very frequently and I tend to be in the store for quite some time cuz I like to look at everything in the store and decide what Im going to buy after I dont normally shop at the Ross in Santa Cruz but I shop at many Ross stores all throughout Santa Cruz County and Santa Clara County and I have never been thrown out of a store for shopping too long but that is exactly what happened to me at this store I was literally asked to leave by a police officer in front of all the other customers and that i could not purchase my items i was told that the manager had said I had been there to long and I was asked to not returned to the store again I was so humiliated!! I too am a manager which I manage the Hilton downtown San Jose I cannot believe the way I was treated and I feel that these actions were unacceptable. For a person that spends a great amount of money in this store now I am reluctant to ever return to any Ross for the poor way that I was treated this is unacceptable and I will be looking into filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau I think that there should be maybe a training done for the employees on how they should treat customers I will be following up on this with my lawyer. So my suggestions to others that were looking at shopping at the store I would suggest highly not to shop there because they just might throw you out if youre there too long. Not sure what the policy is on how long you can be in the store shopping but I dont think that there is a time limit the last time I checked and as a matter of fact I was technically in the store for an hour and 21 minutes. because of this experience I am reluctant to spend any more money with the company of Ross ever again. They just lost a very solid customer!
