1 /5 Nara Johnson: Called on 12/15/25 at 12:10 PM and was assisted on phone by a lady who stated would and could hold the last romance perfume set until after I had gotten off work, clarified was coming from over an hour away and would come right after work and drove to Macy’s 4 hours later to be assisted by the same lady with brown/red hair who lied and stated never spoke to me during that time and unapologetically stated had no more left. She Was completely rude. And when I walked into the store I had to wait for this worker and another worker with a hand tattoo and dark hair to stop gossiping for several minutes while the only other worker assisted all the other customers. During the call I let the worker know this was a Christmas gift for my mother. Absolutely disappointed and awful experience with this employee and store who was not willing to help at all.

5 /5 Jackie Delia: Liliana was AMAZING at the makeup and perfume counter this evening! She took the time to explain everything and answer all of the questions my mom and I had about a variety of products about multiple brands in the department. I have never met such a helpful team member in any department store. We definitely bought things today because of her excellent customer service and expertise, and well be back because of the great experience. Thanks so much Liliana! You deserve a raise!

1 /5 John Perry: My son goes into the store to inquire about a sale on suits. Finds out the sale is online only. However the audacity of one of the clerks there tells my son “if you can’t afford it maybe you should go somewhere else”. How rude to say this to someone inquiring about a sale. This employee certainly needs to go find another job if they are so unhappy with their current position. You should never say something like that to a customer ever!!!!
