5 /5 Amberly C: Super friendly staff. The store was in the middle of a change in management, so a bit of a mess. The staff was quick to apologize and explain. They were incredible helpful. My son was able to leave the store with several items after spending a bunch of fruitless time in the rest of the mall.

Seriously, if youre ever feeling down or simply need to lift your spirits, stop by this store, youll walk away with adorable merch and a smile on your face. Not only that, but Hot Topic always has incredible deals, not to mention their Hot Cash which always saves us so much money!
