1 /5 Alexandra Sekulic: I drove 2 hours round trip to waste my time. We all love doing that, don’t we? I came to return almost my entire online order with numerous items. The system was down meaning no purchases and no returns. Was this posted anywhere where customers can publicly see? Of course not, just on the door once you’ve arrived. Additionally, the clothes are very poorly made. No difference between their quality and Shein in full honesty. Nothing is true to size regardless of what category you’re shopping. I’m either a size 4 or a size 10, depending on what Princess Polly decides i’ll be that day. I wish I could say this was my last time supporting this company, but I still need to spend another 2 hours of my valuable time another day to make my return and receive a gift card since they can’t even compensate customers for a full refund. Tragic.
