1 /5 Michael Bell: Outlets at San Clemente store is deceptive and misleading. Buyer beware! Sign at front of store says 60% off for clearance. Even goes as far as having the + in front. However, they refuse to honor sale, apparently because Im a male shopper. The discount is only for female shoppers. Lesil, the manager, was asked about the policy and signage and she refused to honor any discount on clearance, stating this was only for womens clearance section. Nothing in the signage states that and would be misleading to a consumer. False and misleading store who doesnt seem to care. I am refusing to shop here any further.

1 /5 marissa macdougall: Horrible customer service! Buyers beware. I received my online order & the items werent mine but the receipt was with it. After calling right away and sending pictures to them via email and waiting 4 days for a supervisor to tell me that the shipment was packaged correctly at the shipping warehouse. They advised me to file a police report! LOL Do not buy online from them. They must have bad employees that steal from the company and pack the incorrect items and keep the correct ones for themselves. Im so shocked and out $86 dollars and some change. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

1 /5 Erin Young: First time ordering from Tillys, and it was quite a dissappoontment. My son was excited about his new shirt, and wore it immediately upon receipt. After one wear and wash, however, some of the printing was gone (see image.) This was about 1 week after we received it. Worst of all, we learned that Tillys doesnt care.... They wouldnt do anything about it. Disappointed by the product but especially by the company. Thats no way to run a business.

1 /5 Ron Bullar: Went on the website and saw pants on sale for $19 but when I went to check out they were $34 I emailed Tilly’s and they the sale ended even though it still showed the sale price on the website but they refused to sell them to me. Just wish they would have done the right thing instead of losing a customer

1 /5 Erick: Online orders are jus a headache the deliver it the shipping company are just scammers claiming items are delivered and Tillys never addresses the problem I usually like ordering clothes for the family but now wont be ever ordering from them.
