1 /5 Dee N: My mom and I bought a pair of shoes here that looked like a good deal. After trying them on at home, they didn’t fit right, so we went back to return them with the receipt and the original tags. Instead of helping us, the staff immediately accused us of bringing back “different shoes.” That was shocking and frustrating because I know exactly what I bought. Being treated like you’re lying when you’re telling the truth is awful. They kept saying they “checked the cameras,” but when I asked to see the footage, they refused. Then they changed their excuse and suddenly said they don’t accept returns on worn shoes even though the shoes were never worn, only tried on. It felt like they were just making things up to avoid doing the return.
What hurt the most wasn’t even the return itself, but how we were treated. From the start, we were polite and respectful. In return, we got eye rolls, attitude, and zero patience. My mom doesn’t speak English fluently, and instead of being understanding, the staff mocked her and made her feel embarrassed while she was trying her best to communicate. Watching my mom get treated like that broke my heart. No one deserves to be bullied, especially over a language barrier.
This wasn’t just bad customer service it was disrespectful and humiliating. I will never go back, and I hope anyone reading this thinks twice before shopping here.
