1 /5 liltz beatz: I went in to buy a jumper and I was helped by a woman called Adrian. She is really rude and grumpy, it’s seems odd to me that people work in retail with no social awareness. When she wasn’t pulling faces she was semi helpful. I also noticed her being rude to the other staff. The store is nice and in a good location it’s just a shame the staff all seem to have there heads up there ***

5 /5 Clay Franklin: Wonderful store. Clean and well dressed. Easy to find something to your liking. Friendly employees to engage with or to ring you up or return something that doesn’t fit just right. Plenty of new car parking. Highly recommended.

1 /5 Josephine Blake: Nobody helped me when I was in the store. After I got home, I saw that the items I purchased were FIFTY percent cheaper online!! Why shop in the store to pay more and not get help? They told me to come back in store for price adjustment, not worth my time driving. I don’t like to play pricing games, they probably just lost a customer. Idk why they couldn’t just fix it over the phone. Also, the receipt thing is weird. Idk why they won’t print a receipt like everyone else. Pretty terrible experience from customer service perspective. (Zero customer service) I recommend you shop elsewhere, jcrew has been on a steady decline for years now.

1 /5 R B: Staff and manager were both extremely rude. I bought two pairs of the exact same shoes just different sizes to try on, and didn’t realize these were final sale and couldn’t return one while keeping the other. Still that does not justify the manner in which I was treated; especially the manager pointing a finger at me saying “final sale is final sale, that’s what rules mean.” Just for the context, I’m a JCrew gold member and literally have hundreds of purchases from the brand within the past few years. Unprofessional encounters like this are very discouraging. I expect a reputable business like JCrew to have more competent personnel managing the customer experience and representing their values.
