5 /5 Abigail Devera: I visited Coach to get a free engraving on my tag. I gave my small tag to engrave requesting my initial and a heart symbol. After a few minutes, he engraved it. However, the silver is barely noticeable, areas of the engraving are clearly sparse, and the engraving overall is not nice. After leaving the store and inspecting it more, I was very unhappy with my result. After a few minutes, I went back in and explained my situation. Alice was so kind, helpful, and accommodating to what I wanted engraved on my tag. She went above and beyond to make my experience great and I left the store very happy with my new tag! The bigger tag is what Alice engraved. You can clearly see the difference in the quality of engraving between both tags. If you are visiting Coach to engrave your tag, I definitely recommend asking for Alice :)

Alice, Kathryn, Bridget, and Nicole were all incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful. They walked me through different styles, answered my questions, and made thoughtful suggestions based on what I was looking for. Thanks to their help, I found a bag I’m genuinely happy with. Amazing customer service all around—thank you for making my first Coach purchase such a positive one!

This team in Palo Alto, not only made it an incredible experience for me, but they made me feel like I was at home, shout out to every single team member for supporting my retail therapy and truly caring about their customers.
