1 /5 Dee Cozmed: This company is VERY poorly managed and I’m beginning to think they’re a scam. I ordered $162 worry of clothing early Dec 2024 and my package was never delivered. Supposedly, a FedEx driver documented delivery and that “resident was not home”. Well, i work from home and here all day. I checked my Ring doorbell video recorder, and no one had come to the door that day, so apparently they went to the wrong address. The packaging also said “no signature required” so if they had shown up at my actual house, they should’ve left the package.
When I called to find out if they could redeliver, a very rude woman yelled at me and said “I’m working from home in Colorado, I don’t know what it is that you want me to do!”. That was unbelievably rude and horrible customer service! I did speak to another rep who said I have credit if I log back in to their site and can reorder everything.
Well, they’re out of stock on all my sizes so I had to call back again and the guaranteed they’d be restocked by January. I decided I didn’t want to have to wait this long, and I want a refund so I called back on 12/27 and of course their office is closed. Horrible!!
