1 /5 Jazmine Curiel: Was here on Saturday 2/7/26 EARLY around opening time. Purchased a couple pieces of jewelry. Happy with my purchase but what is wrong with the cashier that worked that morning? She turned around to walk to her register and as I was talking to her she made ugly faces thinking that it wasn’t noticeable but I saw. I would say train your worker but being respectful and decent can’t be learned from a training video. People like her shouldn’t work with the public if she cannot stand working with the public. The fact that JCPenny hires these types of people is enough for me not to spend my hard earned money in this establishment.

2 /5 itsfnaf time: When to pick up some expensive Levis jeans.When we got home noticed the security tag had not been removed off of one. Your associates need to make sure they are removing these especially when it says its dangerous if tampered with and can cause injury as well as explode ink. I understand stuff happens, but shouldnt it Have gone off when I walked out the door
