1 /5 Elaine W: I rarely write reviews, but when something is wrong, it is wrong. My daughter and her friend wanted to buy two shirts and waited at the cash register for 5 minutes. No one came. My daughter saw a nearby associate and went over to her and asked if they could buy the shirts. The associate replied, "the line is over there." My daughter explained that they had been waiting in line but no one was at the register. This associate then said to my daughter, "dont give me attitude". Wow. I guess its ok to talk down to your customers and give THEM attitude if they are younger than you, right? For asking a simple question and wanting to patronize your store. Avoid the short Asian associate with died hair in a ponytail. And no, not racist. I am Asian, too. Just identifying the one who thinks they can talk down to customers just because they are young.

Return & Exchange was so smooth; I was offered the stock of other colors and sizes that were available and I ended up purchasing them. Thank you so much for the above and beyond experience!

1 /5 Marco Monzon: My daughter likes to buy at hollister at Serramonte Mall, but we decided to go to Hillsdale mall, but this store sales associates didn’t us if we need help , ( when we were ready to pay) the cashier asked, did you find every that you need and I said “ with the help of the sales associates yes” O was sarcastic” BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

They made us go back to shop 5 times to return a small size clothing that my daughter purchased by mistake, they could not pull the transactions for apple pay, even after we showed them the bank transactions that we have purchased those T shirts from there store. After making us go back and forth for the 5th time they refused to accept it as there was small dent on the package; Shame on this company dont shop here
